Claims (2)

  1. 다음 반응식 :
    으로 표시되는 다음 단계 : (a) 몰비 1 : 2-1 : 6의 염화 L-카르니틴(Ⅱ)과 1,4-디아자비시클로[2, 2, 2]옥탄(Ⅲ)의 혼합물을, 반응시 불활성인 고비점 유기용매하에, 약 2-48시간 동안 혼합물의 환류온도에서 반응 시켜서, L-노르카르니틴(Ⅰ'), 부산물로서 1,4-디아자비시클로[2, 2, 2]의 N-메틸유도체, 과량의 미반응물(Ⅲ)과 소량의 미반응물(Ⅱ)로 이루어진 반응혼합물을 제조하고 ; (b) 단계(1a)의 반응 혼합물을 4-10℃로 냉각하여 최소한 부의 미반응 1,4-디아자비시클로[2, 2, 2] 옥탄(Ⅲ)과 이의 N-메틸 유도체(Ⅳ)를 침전시키고, 침전물을 여별한다 ; (c) 단계(b)의 여과물을 감압하에 증류하여 고비점 용매를 제거하고, 잔유물을 물로 처리하여 수용액을 제조한다. (d) 단계(c)의 용액을 OH-형태로 활성화된 강염기성 이온-교환수지로 용출하고, 수지에 남은 L-노르카르니틴(Ⅰ)을 잔유한 1,4-디아자비시클로[2, 2, 2]옥탄(Ⅲ), 이의 N-메틸유도체(Ⅳ)와 미반응물(Ⅱ)로 된 용출액과 분리시키고 ; (e) 단계(d)의 수지를 1N-2N 염산으로 용출하여 염산 L-노르카르니틴(Ⅰ)의 용액을 제조하여서 함을 특징으로 하는 염산 L-노르카르니틴의 제조방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 고비점 유기용매를 벤젠, 디메틸포름아미드와 에탄올로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
