10 : 금속가공기계, 11 : 기부, 14 : 캐리어, 21 : 공구지지봉, 22 : 지지봉의 다각형부분, 24 : 커플링 슬리이브, 28 : 칼러, 30 : 베어링 슬리이브, 35 : 유체실린더, 50 : 공구, 51 : 커터.
Claims (5)
- (a) 기계기부, (b) 상기기부에 지탱된 이동가능한 캐리어, (c) 상기 캐리어내에 설치되고, 절삭공구 수용표면과 적어도 구동수단에 미끄럼운동 가능하게 맞물리는 공구지지봉의 부분을 따라 다각형 단면부분을 가지는 회전가능하고 축방향으로 미끄럼운동가능한 절삭공구지지봉, (d) 상기 지지봉에 미끄럼운동가능하게 결합되고, 지지봉의 회전시 지지봉이 축방향으로 미끄럼운동하도록 캐리어로 부터의 지지봉의 절삭공구 수용표면의 출구지점에 가까이에서 지지봉의 다각형부분에 맞물리는 수단을 포함하여 지지봉을 회전시키기 위한 구동수단, 및 (e) 지지봉을 축방향으로 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 다각형부분은 중심과, 세그멘트들 중 적어도 하나가 상기 중심으로부터 떨어진 원점으로부터 세그멘트까지 연장하는 적어도 하나의 곡률반경을 가지는 다수의 대칭으로 떨어져 있고 동일한 만곡 세그멘트들로 이루어진 폐쇄된 주변과, 회전시 구동수단과 다각형부분과의 접촉지점에서, 공구 지지봉과 그 지지봉의 다각형부분에 맞물리는 수단과의 사이의 마찰계수보다 큰 탄젠트값의 압력각을 가지는 구성으로된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종축을 중심으로 한 공구 지지봉의 회전시 소정의 축방향위치에서 지지봉을 이완가능하게 보유하기 원한 수단을 더 포함하는 공작기계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공구지지봉이 4개의 교차하지않고 대칭으로 배치된 동일한 만곡측부들로 이루어진 다각형형상을 가지는 공작기계
- 제1항에 있어서, 공구지지봉이 3개의 교차하지않고 대칭으로 배치된 동일한 만곡측부들로 이루어진 다각형형상을 가지는 공작기계
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동수단이, 지지봉이 미끄럼운동가능하게 맞물리고, 지지봉의 다각형부분에 미끄럼운동가능하게 결합하는 다각형부분을 가진 개구부를 형성하는 벽들을 가진 칼러수단을 포함하는 공작기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
