Claims (5)

  1. 마그네슘을 제거하기 위해 용융 상태에 있는 알루미늄 합금을 공동-흐름 방식으로 염소처리할 수도 있도록, 외부의 금속 케이싱(1), 내부의 내화 라이닝(2), 금속 흡입구(3), 금속 배출구(4), 래들의 바닥과 함께 금속이 흐르도록 공간(7)을 형성하며 래들의 하나의 공급부(8)과 염소 처리된 개스를 방사형으로 분사하는 로우터(10)가 배치된 단 하나의 처리부(9)로 분할시키는 내부 수직 격벽(6)을 포함하는 래들에 있어서, 상기의 처리부는 내부 수직 격벽의 바닥 높이로 연장되어 그 중앙에 상기 로우터의 축과 동축인 축을 갖는 개구(14)가 형성된 수평벽(13)에 의해 그 바닥이 밀폐되게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 합금에서의 마그네슘 제거를 위한 염소 처리용 래들.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래들이 유효 용량은1m3이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 합금에서의 마그네슘 제거를 위한 염소처리용 래들.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구의 단면은 상기 처리부 단며의1/0재지 1/15에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 합금에서의 마그네슘 제거를 위한 염소 처리용 래들.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 내부 수직 격벽의 바닥으로부터 상기 개구를 향하는 금속의 흐름을 상기 내부 수직 격벽의 위치에서는 상기 래들의 폭과 같은 수평면의 폭을 가지나 상기 의 개구에 가까와 질수록 점차로 좁아져 마침내 상기 개구이 직경에 해당하는 폭까지 좁아지는 유체 흐름관을 따라 일어나는것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 합금에서의 마그네슘 제거를 위한 염소 처리용 래들.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로우터는 상기 개구의 단면과 유사한 수평단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 합금에서의 마그네슘 제거를 위한 염소 처리용 래들.
