제1도는 316스테인레스강의 부식율대 용융질산염 아질산염 용액의 산화물 함량을 도시한 그래프로서, 약 1몰퍼센트의 과산화 나트륨 함량에서 불업속점에서 뚜렷한 부식율 차이를 보여주며.
제2도는 시간의 경과에 대한 흡착되는 산소의 양을 도시한 그래프로서, 저산화물염 용액과 고산화물염 용액에서 거의 유사한 산소의 흡착량을 보여주며,
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 산출된 NOX 준위 대 0.1-0.3몰 퍼센트의 그 자체에서 발생된 0.1-0.3몰 퍼센트의 산화물을 함유한 상이한 온도의 열에 대한 압력을 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- 흡착반응시 산소수용체와 공기를 반응시켜 질소가 풍부한 유출물을 산출하고, 별도로 산화된 수용체를 분해하여 산소 및 재생 산소수용체를 산출시키고, 산소수용체를 재순환시키는 단계로 구성되며, 상기 산소수용체는 나트륨 및 칼륨양이온의 양이온 조성물과 50-94%의 질산염, 4-25%의 이질산염 및 2-25%의 과산화물, 산화물 및 초과산화물과의 조합물의 음이온 조성물로 이루어진 알칼리금속염의 용융용액으로 구성되며, 상기 산화물은 과산화나트륨을 기본으로 했을때 1몰 퍼센트 이하로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기로부터 질소 또는 산소를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 반응온도는 850°-1250°F(454.4°-676.7℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 산화물이 용융용액에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 산화물이 고온에서 용융용액을 예비처리함으로써 용융액 그 자체에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 반응온도는 약 1200°F(648.9℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
