Claims (6)
- 구멍에서 변위된 위치에서 유체흐름 통과(18)의 구멍(16)을 통하는 압력강하를 측정하는 차동압력감지기 어셈블리(10)에 있어서, 하우징, 제1다이아프램(20) 및 상기 하우징내에 밀폐되어 상기 제1다이프램의 이동에 응답하여 작동가능한 전자식신호수단(28,32)을 포함하는 변환기수단(12)과, 인클로우저(36)를 한정하는 벽구조(34)와, 입구방(40) 및 축구방(42)을 한정하기 위해 상기 인클로우져내에 위치된 제2다이아프램 조작기(38)와, 상기 입구방과 상기구멍의 상기 유체상류통과 사이를 전달하는 입구포트와, 상기 출구방과 상기구멍의 상기 유체하류통과 사이를 절단하는 출구포트(46)를 포함하는 감지 및 압력응답 전달 수단(14)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 차동 압력감지기 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 따른 차동압력 감지기 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 변환기 수단(12)은 용량성 압력변환기인 것을 특징으로하는 차동압력 감지기 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 따른 차동압력 감지기 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기구멍(16)은 장방형 엣지구멍인 것을 특징으로하는 차동 압력감지기 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 따른 차동압력감지기 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 제2 다이아프램 조작기(38)는 탄성중합체 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 압력감지기 어셈블리
- 제1항에 따른 차동압력 감지기 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 유체흐름통과(18)는 자동 엔진의 배기가스 재순환 통과인 것을 특징으로하는 차동 압력감지기 어셈블리
