Claims (7)

  1. 경질받침부재 및 언급된 받침부재에 부착된 마모면으로 이루어진 클러치에 사용하도록 적합시킨 토오크 전달소재에 있어서, 언급된 마모면이 구상도금된 금속피복으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달소재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 구상도금된 금속피복이 페놀수지로 더 피복되는 토오크 전달소재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 구상도금된 금속피복이 구리로 형성되는 토오크 전달소재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 구상도금된 금속피복이 구리로 형성되고, 청동으로 도금시킴으로써 더 피복되는 토오크 전달소재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 구상화된 금속피복이 언급된 받침부재의 표면상에 도금되는 토오크 전달소재.
  6. 금속지지체상에 구리수지상 조직을 도금시키고, 언급된 구리수지상 조직을 구리 및 청동중에서 선택된 금속으로 오버플레이팅시킨 후, 도금된 구리수지상 조직을 200psi 내지 10,000psi의 압력으로 가압한 다음, 도금, 오버플레이팅 및 가압단계를 반복하여 0.01 내지 0.05인치의 두께를 가진 구상도금된 금속피복을 제공하는 단계에 따라 형성된 구상도금된 금속피복으로 이루어진 마찰부재용 마모면.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 언급된 구상도금된 금속피복이 페놀수지로 더 피복되는 마찰부재용 마모면.
