제1도는 하나의 스톱으로된 암 접합부 엘리먼트를 가공하는 단면도. 제2도는 두개의 스토블 동시에 가공하는 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 원뿔 모양을 자른 표면(2,2a) 및 최소한 하나의 나사죄기 스톱(17,18)으로 된 강철튜브용 접합부 엘리먼트를 가공하는 방법에 있어서, 접합부 엘리먼트(1,1a)가 있는 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)의 마지막 가공을 시행하고, 이 엘리먼트의 나사죄기 제한 스톱(17,18)을 미리 가공하고 다음에 상기 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)에 이 표면과 같은 원뿔형을 지닌 쇠테(11)을 기대게 하여 나사죄기 제한스톱(17,18)의 가공 투울이 지지하는 주축(3)에 대해 축을 따라 이동할 수 있고 회전할 수 있도록 놓여지며 다음에 접합부 엘리먼트(1,1a)에 상기 주축(3)에 대해 상대적인 회전운동을 부여함과 동시에 T-h주축 (3)과 접합부 엘리먼트의 상대축 이동을 일으킴으로써 접합부 엘리먼트의 나사죄기 제한스톱(17,18)의 마지막 가공을 시행토록 하여 상기 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)에 기대어진 원추형 쇠테(11)가 이미 가공된 엘리먼트에 대해 T-h 주축의 상대적 축이동을 막는 스톱으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 강철튜브용 접합부 엘리먼트를 가공하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)가 원뿔형 드레딩의 나삿마루 정점들에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)가 원통형 드레딩의 원뿔형으로 된 나삿마루 정점들에 의해 원뿔형으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)가 원뿔형 방수 표면에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 원뿔형 방수 표면이 원통형 드레딩 근처에, 또는 층을 이룬 두개의 원통형 드레딩 사이에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 가공할 접합부 엘리먼트를 회전운동 시킬 수 있는 회전 척크와 또 접합부 엘리먼트가 포함해야 하는 나사죄기 제한 스톱(17,18)의 표면 각각의 마지막 가공을 위한 투울(5,5a)를 갖춘 T-h 주축(3)을 결합하여 포함하고 상기 T-h주축 (3)은 미리접합부 엘리먼트(1,1a)에서 가공된 원뿔형 표면(2,2a)과 같은 원추형을 지닌 원뿔형의 받침 표면을 한 쇠테(11)를 지지하고 상기 쇠테(11)는 T-h 주축에 대해 축주위를 회전할 수 있고, 이 T-h 주축에 대해 축을 따라 미끄러질 수 있고, 각각 상기 원뿔형 쇠테 및 T-h와 연동되어 있는 한쌍의 스톱은 접합부 엘리먼트의 나사죄기 제한스톱(17,18) 표면의 마지막 가공시 T-h 주축의 전진운동을 중단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철 튜브용 접합부 엘리먼트를 가공하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 원뿔형 받침 표면을 지니는 쇠테(11)가 탄력성 있는 방법으로 가공할 접합부 엘리먼트의 드레딩 방향쪽으로 밀리는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
