Claims (4)
- 전극간에 채워진 곡물 시료의 수분 함유량을 표시하는 전기식 수분 측정장치에 있어서, 시료의 종류를 지정하는 여러개의 키와, 수분 함유량을 나타내는 전압을 발생시키는 수분 함유량 측정회로와, 전압에 해당하는 디지를 신호를 발생시키는 A/D 변환기와, 지정된 시료 종류에 따라 연산하기 위하여 파라메타를 기억시키도록 소거 가능하고 재수록 가능한 EPROM과, 상기 디지를 신호값과 지정된 시료 종류에 관련된 상기 신호에 응답하여서 지정된 시료 종류에 따라 EPROM으로부터 읽혀진 연산 파라메타에 의하여 계산된 수분 함유량 값을 구하는 CPU와, 수분함유량 값을 숫자로 표시하는 표시기등을 구비하게 한 전기식 수분 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여러개의 키를 중복하여 누름으로서 원시 데이터 표시 모우드를 지정할 때, CPU가 표시기상에 디지틀 신호값을 표시하게 하고, 회로기판상에 설치된 IC 소켓트에 정전되는 EPROM이 교체될 수 있어, 원시데이트에 의거하여 결정된 연산 파라메타로 수록된 EPROM이 장전되게 할 수 있게한 전기적 수분 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수분 측정장치에는 곡물시료 근방에 배열한 온도 감지기를 구비하여 측정된 온도신호를 발생시키는 온도 측정회로와, 상기 측정온도신호와 상기 전압을 공급하고 CPU에 의하여 제어되게 하여 상기 신호중 어느 한 신호를 A/D변환기에 인가하는 선택회로와, 곡물시료의 종류에 대한 온도보정된 연산 파라메타를 기억하는 상기 EPROM 과 온도 보정된 수분 함유량 값을 표시기에 인가하는 CPU 등을 구비하게 한 수분 측정장치.
- 전극간에 채워진 피측정물 시료의 수분 함유량을 전기적으로 측정하여 표시하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 시료의 수분 함유량에 해당하는 디지틀 신호값을 구하는 단계와, 상기 시료근방의 온도를 측정하고 그 측정값을 디지틀 신호값으로 구하는 단계와, 곡물 시료의 종류에 해당하는 연산 파라메타와 소거가능하고 재수록 가능한 EPROM으로 부터의 온도 보정된 연산 파라메타를 읽어내어 온도 보정후에 수분 함유량을 연산하는 단계와, 원시 데이터 표시 모우드를 지정하자마자 디지틀 신호값을 숫자로 표시하고 곡물시료의 종류에 해당하는 연산 파라메타와 온도 보정된 연산파라메타가 EPROM 내에 수록되게 하면서, 수분 함유량을 숫자로 표시하는 단계들로 이루어진 수분 측정 및 표시방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
