Claims (3)
- 일반식(I)의 이소퀴놀린 유도체,상기식에서, R은 3급부틸기 또는 기,를 표시하고, R'는 기 CH3또는 C2H5를 표시한다.
- 염기와 클로로포름산 에스테르의 존재하에 이소퀴놀린을 3급부틸 히드로퍼어옥사이드 또는 과산화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 이소퀴놀린 유도체의 제조방법.상기식에서, R은 3급부틸(tert-butyl)기 또는 기를 표시하고, R'는 기 CH3또는 C2H5를 표시한다.
- 제1항의 화합물(I)을 1(2H)-이소퀴놀린의 제조에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소퀴놀린 유도체의 응용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
