Claims (8)
- 기계적으로 정화된 물이 공기가 없는 진공상태의 가스제거기에서 열에 의한 가스제거처리를 받게하며, 열에의해 가스가 제고된 물이 개방-표면 증발기에서 개방-표면 증발처리를 받게하며, 그렇게 생산된 증기가 기계적인 증기 압축을 받게하고, 압축된 증기를 개방-표면 증발기의 가열 표면을 통과 시켜 가열 표면 내측에서 증기를 응축시키며 정화된 물을 만들며, 상기 압축 증기의 통과는 개방-표면 증발이 가열표면 내측에서의 응측 과정과 비교하여 더 낮은 온도에서 이루어지는 식으로 수행되며, 응측된 물을 개방-표면 증발기의 가열 표면으로부터 가스 증기- 및 탄화수소 증기-분위기하에서 응축된 그리고 정화된 물을 비응축성 탄화수소와 분리시키도록 이송하며, 분리기로부터 정화된 물을 제거하며 또 비응축성탄화 수소를 분리기로부터 빼내는 것등을 포함하는 염(鹽), 탄화수소 및 철이온(Fe++)을 포함한 폐수로부터 보일러 공급용 순수한 물의 계속적인 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기계적으로 정화된 물을 열에 의한 가스제거전에 안정화되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증발처리과정 및 응측처리과정은 3-5℃의 온도 차에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열에 의한 가스제거는 분리기에서 응측된 물의 팽창으로부터 생긴 증기 및 그에 결합된 비압축성 가스들로 기계적으로 정화된 물을 예비적으로 가열함으로써 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열에 의한 가스제거는 결합된 단계에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개방-표면 증발로부터나온 증기는 응축전애 합체효과를 지닌 디미스터(demister)를 통과되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스제거단계로부터 나온 휘발성 탄화수소는 가스제거기로부터 진공펌프 또는 제트 압축기에 의해 배출되는 방법.
