제1도, 2도 및 3도는 본원 발명의 KBS-α, KBS-β 및 KBS-γ를 FPLC/모노 P칼럼상에서 크로마로그래피한 용출 분포도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 인체 내인성 암조절인자를 생성할 수 있는 인체단핵세포 또는 이로부터 클론화된 세포계열을 조직배양배지에서 증식시키고, 생성된 인체내인성 암 조절인자를 기술한 조직배양 배지로 부터 회수함으로써 분자량이 50,000이상 70,000미만이고 등전접이 pH6.0내지 8.5인 인체 내인성 암 조절인자를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인체의 정상 또는 단구성 백혈병세포, 또는 이로부터 클론화된 세포 계열을 제1자극제 존재하에, 이어서 제2자극제 존재하에 조직 배양 배지에서 증식시킨 다음 생성된, 분자량이 50,000이상 72,000미만이고 등전점이 pH6.0내지 8.5인 인체 내인성 암 조절 인자를 기술한 조직 배양배지로부터 회수하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기술한 백혈병 세포가 YKBS-7-15인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기술한 클론화된 세포 계열이 YKBS-4B3인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기술한 조직배양배지가 소태자 혈청을 함유하는 생장 배지인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 기술한 제1자극제가 TPA인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 기술한 제2자극제가 리포폴리사카라아드인 방법.
