Claims (8)

  1. 제1 및 제2 몸체 단면부를 가지며 나아가서 환상의 방사상으로 내향해서 돌기되는 리브로 이루어지는 밸브 몸체와; 상기 제1 및 제2몸체 단면부를 서로 고착시키기 위한 수단과 환상의 금속성 보강부재로구성됨에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 환상웨브에 의해 상호 연결된 제1 및 제2 축방의 공간을 가진 환상의 플랜지 부재를 가지며, 상기 각각의 플랜지부재는 축방의 내, 외 표면을 가지며, 상기 웨브는 방사상의 내, 외표면을 가지며, 상기 플랜지 및 상기 웨브는 상기 환상리브를 접수하기 위한 환상의 방사상으로 외향해서 개구되는 챤넬을 한정하며 게다가 또 탄성물질로 된 밀봉링이 상기 웨브의 방사상 내부표면과 상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지의 축방의 외부 표면에 얹혀 접착되며 상기 웨브에 얹혀 접합된 상기 탄성물질의 평균방사상 두께가 상기 웨브의 방사상 두께보다 적어도 3배이상 큼을 내용으로 하는 밸브 시이트와; 상기 밸브시이트 내에 회전식으로 설치되어서 상기 밸브 조합체를 통해 흐르는 유체흐름을 제어하기 위해 사이 밀봉링과 상호 작용하는 주변모서리를 가지는 밸브 디스크와; 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 버터 플라이 밸브 조합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성물질의 밀봉링이 제1 및 제2 밀봉 표면을 한정함에 있어, 상기 제1 밀봉표면은 상기 제1 플랜지로부터 축방향으로 간격을 가지며, 상기 제2 밀봉 표면은 상기 제2 플랜지로부터 축방향으로 간격을 가지며, 상기 제1 및 제2 밀봉 표면은 환상의 축방향으로 외향해서 신장하는 융기부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 융기부가 상기 밸브 시이트의 내주면 보다 상기 밸브 시이트의 내부면 보다 상기 밸브 시이트의 외주면에 더욱 더 밀착되어 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 챤넬이 상기 환상리브의 모양에 발라 맞추어지는 모양을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 챤넬이 상기 횡단면적 상으로 관찰했을 때 대체로 장방형임을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유체흐름관에 상기밸브 조합체를 부착시키기 위한 수단을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 조합체를 부착시키기 위한 상기 수단이 상기 밸브 몸체상에 일체적으로 형성된 방사상으로 외향해서 신장하는 러그를 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재가 스피닝에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조합체.
