감(시) 쥬-스의 제조방법

Claims (2)

  1. 미세절삭한 원료감에 포도당, 전화당 결정분말과 흑설탕을 첨가 혼합하여 방치한후 압착하여 압착액을 수득하고, 또 잔유물은 파쇄기로 파쇄한 후 이를 상기 수득 압착액에 혼합하고, 또 필요한 경우 이를 물로 희석시킴을 특징으로 하는 감 쥬-스 원액 및 그 희석액의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미세절삭 원료감 100중량부에 대하여 포도당 결정분말, 전화당분말 및 흑설탕을 각각 20, 35 및 3 내지 5중량부씩 첨가하고, 방치시간을 4 내지 5시간으로 하며 또 압착기 압착시 약 80 내지 90중량부의 압착액을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 감 쥬-스 원액 및 그 희석액의 정제방법.
