첨부한 도면은 본 발명의 실시예를 표시한 것으로,
제1도는 물품집적장치 전체 평면도
제2도는 물품집적용 푸셔(Pusher)만을 확대하여 표시한 평면도.
제3도(a)-(i)는, 물품 5개를 1조로하여서 집적하는 경우의 집적상황을 공정순서로 설명한 평면도.
-도면의 주요 부분에 대한 부호의 설명-
(A)…콘베이어, (B)(C)(G)…푸셔, (b1)-(b2)…단부(段部), (D)…스톱퍼, (E)…리타아드, (F)…집적대, (L)…물품의 길이, (P)…물품, (W)…물품의 폭(幅).

Claims (4)

  1. 세로가 4각형상의 물품(P)의 길이(L)와 가로 방향이 4각형상의 물품의 폭(W)과 대략 동일한 크기를 보유하며, 단부(b1)-(b5)가 연속하여 형성된 앞쪽끝이 가늘게 된 모양의 푸셔 (B)에, 전후로 인접된 상태로서 열을 이루고 있는 물품군을 1조마다 그대로 밀어넣고, 이때마다 그 푸셔를 물품(B)를 물품 1개분 만큼씩 전진시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품집적 방법.
  2. 물품 반송용의 콘베이어(A)의 옆쪽에는, 세로가 4각형상의 물품(P)의 길이(L)와 가로방향 4각형상의 물품의 폭(W)과 대략 동일한 크기를 보유하는 단부(b1)-(b5)가 연속하여서 형성되며, 앞쪽이 가늘게된 형상의 푸셔(B)를, 전기한 콘베이어와 평행하게 전후방향으로 접동 가능하게 설치하고, 또 전기한 콘베이어를 사이에 두고 이것과 반대쪽에는, 콘베이어위의 물품군을 1조마다 그대로 푸셔(B)에 밀어넣기 위한 푸셔(C)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품집적 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 콘베이어(A)위의 물품군을 푸셔(B)로 밀어넣도록된 푸셔(C)의 앞쪽에는, 물품(P)을 막아서 정지시키는 스톱퍼(D)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품집적 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 콘베이어(A)의 바로앞에는 리타아드(E)를 전후로 작동가능하게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품집적 장치.
