Claims (10)

  1. 통과대역을 지닌 통신 매체를 통해 주파수 앙상블로 패킷화된 목적 정보를 수신하고 소오스 정보를 송신하는 모뎀에 있어서, 사기 통신 매체 및 그것을 구성하는 것에 대한 상기 소오스 정보를 지닌 신호로 개작하기 위한 송신 변조기 수단과, 통과 대역내의 주파수로 구성되는 캐리어 앙상블을 직접적으로 표시하는 다수의 제1디지탈 값을 생성하는 수단과, 제1 디지탈 값에서 파생되어 부호화되지 않은 직교 신호를 가진 캐리어를 변조하는 것을 직접적으로 표시하고 그리고, 상기 캐리어중 선택된 1개 캐리어에 대해 패킷형태의 디지탈데이타로 정의되는 분산된 진폭 및 위상일탈 정보를 가진 상기 캐리어를 부호화 하는 것을 직접적으로 표시하는 제2 디지탈 값을 생성하는 수단과, 불연속 시간기점동안 상기 캐리어의 변조기간을 정확히 제어하는 수단과, 상기 캐리어 앙상블의 상기 주파수에서 변조된 캐리어로써 상기 통신 매체상 아날로그 신호들을 나타내게 하기 위해 상기 제2 디지탈 값을 아날로그 신호들로 변환시키는 수단과 통신 매체 및 그것을 구성하는 구조물에 대한 특정신호를 추출하기 위해 개작된 수신 복조기 수단과, 상기 통신매체의 상기 변조된 캐리어들을 표시하는 신호와 공지된 진폭 및 위상에 대해 제3 직교 신호를 표시하는 다수의 신호를 승산함으로써 생성되고, 상기 통신 매체를 통해 수신된 아날로그 신호를 표시하는 다수의 제3 디지탈 값을 생성하는 수단과, 제1직교신호와 실질적으로 동일하고 부호화되지 않은 신호의 주파수와 위상을 결정하기 위해 제3 디지탈 값을 정확히 적분하고 그리고 그것에 연동해서 제2 직교 신호를 발생하는 수단과, 제3 디지탈 신호와 상기 목적 정보를 해석하기 위해 상기 선택된 1개 캐리어로 운송 가능한 부호식 데이타의 패턴을 나타내는 제4 디지탈 신호를 비교할 수 있는 수단과, 송신하는 도중 변조된 패킷식 데이타를 검출할 수 있는 수단과, 각 송신된 캐리어에 대해 상기 통신 매체의 송신 특성을 측정하는 수단과, 예정된 진폭레벨로 예정된 기간내에 상기 캐리어중 선택된 1개 캐리어를 송신하늣 수단과, 수신된 데이타 패턴과 공지된 데이타 패턴을 비교해서 상기 목적 정보를 운반하는 수신 채널에 손상을 입히고 통신 매체가 원인이 되어 발생하는 변조를 해석하는 수단과, 상기 해석 수단이 토인 매체가 데이타를 전송하는데 영향을 줄만큼 손상 받기 쉬운 캐리어를 지시하는 경우, 상기 소오스 디지탈 정보 송신에 대해 상기 캐리어의 사용을 피하게하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통신매체는 진폭 및 위상이 왜곡되기 쉬운 한정 대역을 가진 전화선인 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 부호화되지 않은 제1 직교신호는 90도 위상차가 있는 한쌍 사인곡선인것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 불연속 송신캐리어중의 1개 캐리어인 기준캐리어와 함께 작동해서 각 수신캐리어의 진폭 및 위상 찌그럼짐을 보정하는 수단을 추가로 구비한다는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어들이 고속 채널을 형성하는 제1 캐리어군과 저속 채널을 형성하는 제2 캐리어군으로 나뉘어 진다는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 데이타 입력 소오스의 다수 입력 데이타 신호들이 소오스 정보로 구성된 에러 방지 개별유니트를 형성하기 위해 여러시간 기점동안 다중 송신된다는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 고속 채널을 형성하는 제1 캐리어군은 64개의 캐리어로 구성되고, 저속 채널을 형성하는 제2 캐리어군은 9개의 캐리어로 구성되고, 그리고 상기 에러 방지 데이타 패킷은 각 캐리어에 대해 시간 기점당 5비트의 부호식 데이타로 구성된다는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  8. 통신 매체의 통과 대역내에 존재하는 다수의 캐리어들을 이용해서 통신 매체를 통해 소오스 디지탈 정보를 송신하고 목적 디지탈 정보를 수신하는 모뎀에 있어서, 상기 통신매체의 송신특성을 측정하는 수단과, 예정된 진폭레벨로 예정된 기간내에 상기 캐리어중 선택된 1개 캐리어에 상기 디지탈 정보를 실어 송신하는 수단과, 수신된 데이타 패턴과 공지된 데이타 패턴을 비교해서 상기 목적 정보를 운반하는 수신채널에 손상을 입히고 통신매체가 원인이 되어 발생하는 변조를 해석하는 수단과, 상기 해석 수단이 통신매체가 데이타를 전송하는데 영향을 줄만큼 손상 받기 쉬운 캐리어를 지시하는 경우, 상기 소오스 디지탈 정보 송신에 대해 상기 캐리어의 사용을 피하게 하는 수단을 구비한다는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수신복조기에 의해 수신되고, 제1통신 매체가 원인이 되어 발생되는 송신 캐리어의 위상, 진폭, 및 잡음특성을 측정하는 수단과, 다수의 시간기점을 통해 송신된 상기 각 캐리어에 대해 측정된 상기 위상, 진폭 및 잡음특성을 통계적으로 평균화 하느 수단과, 상기 각각의 송신 캐리어에 대해 통계적으로 평균된 위상, 진폭 및 잡음특성으로 구성된 정보를 패킷화하고 상기 패킷된 정보를진단목적을 위해 제2통신 매체를 통해 먼거리에 위치한 모뎀에 송신하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 통신 매체는 에러 방지 데이타 패킷을 전송하는데 이용되고, 상기 제2통신매체는 통계적으로 평균된 진단 정보와 음성을 전송하는데 이동되는 것을 특징으로하는 패킷화 앙상블 모뎀.
