수지코오팅된 가튼팩지를 재생함에 있어서 다음 각 공정의 결합을 특징으로 하는 수지코오팅된 카튼팩지의 재생방법.A method for regenerating a resin coated carton package, characterized in that the following processes are combined in regenerating the resin coated garment pack.① 카튼팩지를 적당한 크기로 절단하고, ② 이를 물과 같이 펄퍼(Pulpre)에 넣고 NaOH (또는 Na2CO3)로 pH 11-12로 조정하고 계면 활성제를 가하여 가열 해리시키고, ③ 해리된 원료를 농축기(Thickener)로 25%까지 농축하고, ④ 스팀믹서에서 가성소오다를 주가하면서 증기로 가열한 다음, ⑤ 소오킹 타워(Soaking Tower)에서 일정시간 속성한다. ⑥ 스롯트형 스크린(Slat Type Screen)으로 수치를 여과한 다음, ⑦ 자료를 체스트에 저장한다.① Cut the carton pack into proper size. ② Put it in Pulpre with water, adjust pH to 11-12 with NaOH (or Na 2 CO 3 ), heat dissociate by adding surfactant, and ③ dissolve the dissociated raw material.
