Not Gate IC를 이용해 입력(1번핀)과 출력(4번핀)을 서로 연결해 Locking을 시켜 보턴을 한번만 눌렀다(ON) 떼어도(OFF) 항상 일정한 출력(6번핀)값을 가지게 해 4개(또는 그 이상도 해당됨)의 Not Gate IC(IC1IC2IC3IC4)를 순차적으로 동작시켜 AND Gate IC(IC5)에서 그 출력값을 서로 비교해 IC5의 8번핀에서 출력을 얻어 SCR을 이용해 전자석을 동작시켜 문을 열고 닫을 수 있는 자물쇠인 것이 특징이다.Connect the input (pin 1) and the output (pin 4) to each other using the Not Gate IC to lock them so that the button is pressed once (ON) even if they are released (OFF) so that they always have a constant output (pin 6).
