Claims (9)
- 적어도 약간의 열가소송 섬유를 가지는 직물에 대해 연결된 길이를 종적으로 초음파로 절단하고 그 절단된 변부를 시일링하는 장치에 있어서, 프레임수단과, 그 장치내의 프레임수단에 의해 종적인 이송통로내에서 직물을 이송시키기 위하여 지지된 수단과, 이동하는 직물의 한 변부를 받아주고 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 한 변부를 따라서 절단된 부분을 시일링하기 위한 제1의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단이 있으며, 또한 직물의 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단할 수 있게끔 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 이동하는 직물의 그 한 변부를 일렬로 정렬시키기 위해서 직물의 이송통로내의 상기 프레임상에 설치된 수단과, 이동하는 직물의 다른 한 변부를 받아주고 그 다른 변부에 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하기 위한 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 직물의 다른 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부를 예정된 폭만큼 절단시키게끔 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 이동하는 직물의 다른 한 변부를 일렬로 정렬시키기 위해서 직물의 이송통로내의 상기 프레임상에 설치된 수단등을 가지며, 직물의 폭이나 이송통로내에서 횡적변화에 관계없이 직물의 양 변부로부터 불필요한 변부를 예정된 폭 만큼 절단할 수 있게끔 설계된 구조에 의해 특징되어진 장치.
- 적어도 약간의 열가소성 섬유를 가지는 직물에 대해 연결된 길이를 종적으로 초음파로 절단하고 그 절단된 변부를 시일링하는 장치에 있어서, 프레임수단과, 그 장치내의 상기 프레임(10)에 종적인 이송통로 내에서 직물을 이송시키기 위하여 지지된 수단과 상기 프레임의 부동적인 위치에서 이동하는 직물의 한 변부를 받아주고 그 한 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하기 위한 제1의 초음파 절단 및 시일링 수단이 있으며, 또한 직물의 한 변부로 부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단할 수 있게끔 상기 제1의 초음파 절단 및 시일링 수단과 이동하는 직물의 한 변부를 일렬로 정열 시키기 위해서 직물의 이송통로내의 상기 프레임에 상기 제1의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단에 설치된 수단과, 또한 이송통로내의 상기 프레임에서 직물이송수단 다음에 장치된 이동하는 직물에 대한 횡적이동과 이동하는 직물의 다른 한 변부를 받아주고 그 다른 한 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 부분을 시일링하기 위한 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단이 있으며, 그리고 직물의 폭에 있어서의 변화나 상기 직물이송수단에 의해 직물의 횡적이동에 관계없이 직물의 다른 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단할 수 있게끔 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단의 횡적이동을 위하여 프레임상에서 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 연결되어 이동하는 직물의 다른 한 변부와 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단을 일렬로 정열시키는 수단등을 가지며, 직물의 폭이나 직물이송통로에서의 변화에 관계없이 직물의 양 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단시킬 수 있게 설계된 구조에 의해서 특징되어진 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서직물이송수단이 이동하는 직물을 횡적으로 밀착시키고 상기 프레임에 직물의 이송통로에 대한 횡적이동을 위해 설치되고 그와 더불어 직물을 이송시키기 위한 마찰로울러수단과, 전후로 예정된 거리를 상기 마찰로울러수단을 이동시키기 위해 작동되어지는 상기 마찰로울러와 연결되어지고 프레임에 설치된 유체작동 복동식 피스톤 및 실린더수단과, 그리고 상기 프레임에 직물이송통로내의 상기 마찰로울러의 앞에 이동하는 직물의 한 변부의 위치를 감지하고 상기 피스톤과 실리더 수단을 이동시키기 위해서 설치된 수단등을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단의 이동을 위한 수단이 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단을 예정된 거리를 전후로 이동시키게끔 작동되어지기를 위해서 상기 프레임에 설치되고 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 연결된 유체작동 복동식 피스톤 수단과, 그리고 직물이송통로내의 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 직물이송수단 사이에서 이동하는 직물의 다른 한 변부의 위치를 감지하고 상기 피스톤과 실린더 장치의 작동을 위해 상기 프레임에 설치된 수단등을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 적어도 약간의 연가소성 섬유를 가지는 직물에 대해 연결된 길이를 종적으로 초음파로 절단하고 그 절단된 변부를 시일링하는 장치에 있어서 프레임 수단과, 종적인 이동통로내에서 직물을 이송시키기 위해서 상기 프레임에 지지된 수단과, 이동하는 직물의 한 변부를 받아주고 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 한 변부를 따라서 절단된 부분을 시일링하기 위하여 부동의 위치에 제1의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단이 설치되고, 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단할 수 있도록 직물의 한 변부와 상기 부동의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단을 일렬로 정열시키는 이동하는 직물의 횡적이동을 위하여 직물의 이송통로내의 제1의 초음파 절단과 시일링수단 앞에서 상기 프레임에 설치된 수단과, 이동하는 직물을 횡적으로 밀착시키는 마찰로울러를 가지며 직물의 이송을 위한 직물이송통로에 대해 횡적인 이동을 위해 상기 프레임에 설치된 상기 직물이송수단과, 예정된 거리를 상기 마찰로울러장치가 전후로 이동하도록 작동되어지기 위해 상기 프레임에 설치되고 마찰로울러수단과 연결된 구동수단과, 상기 프레임에 직물이송통로내의 마찰로울러수단 앞에 상기 구동수단을 작동하고, 이동하는 직물의 한 변부의 위치를 감지하기 위하여 설치된 수단과, 상기 프렘임에 직물의 횡적이동을 위하고 이동하는 직물의 다른 변부를 받아주고 그 다른 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단부분을 시일링하기 위해서 직물의 이송통로내의 상기 직물이송수단 다음에 설치되어진 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과, 그리고, 직물의 횡적이동과 관계없이 직물의 폭 변화나 상기 직물이송수단에 의해 직물의 다른 변부로부터 불필요한 변부를 예정된 폭으로 절단할 수 있도록 이동하는 직물의 다른 변부와 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링 수단을 일렬로 정열시키는 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단의 횡적이동을 위하여 상기 프레임에 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 연결되어 설치된 수단과, 예정된 거리를 전후로 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링 수단이 이동하도록 작동되어지기 위해 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 연결되어진 구동수단을 가지는 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단을 이동하기 위한 상기 수단과, 직물의 이송통로내에서 상기 제2의 초음파 절단 및 시일링수단과 상기 직물이송수단 사이의 상기 프레임에 이동하는 직물의 다른 변부의 위치를 감지하고 상기 구동수단을 작동하기 위하여 설치된 수단등을 가지며, 직물의 폭이나 장치에서 직물 이송통로내의 횡적변화에 관계없이 직물의 양 변부로부터 불필요한 변부를 예정된 폭으로 절단할 수 있도록 설계된 구조에 의해 특징되어진 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 직물이송수단이 처음으로 장치내로 직물을 이송하도록 작동되어지기 위하여 상기 직물이송수단 앞에 설치된 피동이송수단을 가지며, 또 상기 수단이 직물의 이송통로내에서 상기 초기직물이송수단과 상기 직물이송수단 사이에서 상기 프레임에 일반적으로 무장력상태에서 직물의 횡적이동을 도와주는 상기 초기 이송수단에 의해 상기 장치내로 이송된 직물의 예정된 초과량을 받아주고 지탱하기 설치된 스크레이 수단을 가지며 그 스크레이 수단은 넘겨받은 직물의 무게내에서 상하운동을 하기 위해 설치되고 상기 스크레이 수단과 그 위치에서 직물의 량과 관계하여 상기 직물 초기 이송수단을 작동시키고 중지시키기 위한 상기 직물 초기 이송수단과 연결된 수단등을 가지는 상기 직물이송 수단으로 특징되어진 장치.
- 적어도 약간의 열가소성 섬유를 가지는 직물의 이동하는 연속적인 길이의 불필요한 변부를 초음파로 종적으로 절단하고 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 그 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 원하는 폭을 절단하기 위하여 이동하는 직물의 한 변부와 제1의 초음파 수단을 일렬로 정열시키고, 직물 종적 이송통로내에서 직물을 이송시키고 직물이 그곳으로 이송되었을 때 제1의 초음파 수단으로 이동하는 직물의 그 한 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하고, 다른 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 원하는 폭을 절단하기 위하여 그 다른 변부와 제2의 초음파 수단을 일렬로 정렬시키고 제2의 초음파 수단으로 이동하는 직물의 그 다른 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링해서, 직물의 폭이나 직물의 이송통로내에서 횡적변화에 관계없이 이동하는 직물의 양 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 약간의 열가소성 섬유를 가지는 직물의 이동하는 연속적인 길이의 불필요한 변부를 종적으로 초음파로 절단하고 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하는 방법에 있어서, 종적인 이송통로내에서 직물을 이송시키고, 직물이 이송되었을 때 부동의 초음파수단 앞에서 한 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 필요한 양만큼 절단 할 수 있도록 예정된 위치에서 부동의 초음파 수단과 직물의 그 한 변부를 일렬로 정열시키기 위해 이동하는 직물을 횡적으로 이동시키며 그 부동의 초음파수단으로 이동하는 직물의 그 한 변부를 따라 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하고, 그리고 직물의 다른 변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 원하는 폭을 절단할 수 있도록 이동가능한 초음파수단을 직물의 이송통로와 예정된 위치만큼 횡적으로 이동시키고, 그 다음 횡적으로 이동가능한 초음파 수단으로 이동하는 직물의 그 다른 변부를 따라서 불필요한 변부를 절단하는 동시에 그 절단된 부분을 시일링하는 것으로, 직물의 폭이나 직물의 이송통로내에서의 횡적변화에 관계없이 이동하는 직물의 양변부로부터 불필요한 변부의 예정된 폭을 절단하는 것을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 직물의 횡적이동전에 직물의 한 변부의 위치를 감지하고 감지된 위치에 관련하여 직물의 그와 같은 이동을 조절하며, 이동가능한 초음파 수단의 횡적이동전에 직물의 다른 변부의 위치를 감지하고, 그 감지된 위치에 관련하여 이동가능한 초음파 수단의 그러한 이동을 조절하는 것을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
