제3도는 밀봉후의 폐쇄부를 보인 부분사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 연속된 절곡선(4)과, 상호 연결되고 절곡선(4)의 상측부에 연장형성된 제1 및 제2면 (1), 제3면(3)과 제4면(2)을 가지며, 제1 및 제2면(1)에는 절곡선(4)의 양단으로부터 대향측 변부중앙으로 연장된 절곡선(8)이 형성되어 있고, 제4면(2)는 제1 및 제2면(1)에 밀봉연결되고 제3면(3)은 제1 및 제2면(1)의 나머지 부분상에 절곡되는 액체 음료 포장용 용기의 폐쇄부에 있어서, 절곡선(4)에 대하여 수직인 제4면(2)의 길이가 용기의 양측부사이의 거리에 대하여 그 반보다 짧으므로서 제4면(2)의 내측변부와 제1 및 제2면(1)의 절곡된 내부첨상부(9)사이에 용기의 내부로 공기가 유입될 수있는 개방부(6)가 형성되고, 제3면(3)의 내측변부에는 폐쇄부의 폐쇄시 제4면(2)상에 배설되고 개방시에는 주출구로 사용될 수 있는 연장부(4)가 형성되어 있으며, 용기의 측면결합부(10)가 제3면의 대칭축선상에 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 액체 음료용 종이용기의 폐쇄부.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 용기의 저면으로부터 제3면(3)과 연장부(7)의 하측부상에 결합부(10)의 내측에 테이프(11)가 첩부되어 있고, 그 연장된 선단부분은 제4면(2)의 상부면에 분리가능하게 첩부되며, 이 테이프(11)의 선단부분은 폐쇄부의 개방시 이를 잡아당겨 폐쇄부를 개방후 제3면(3)의 하측에 형성된 절취선으로 분리가능하게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 액체음료용 종이용기의 폐쇄부.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고정편(5)이 제3면(3)의 연장부(7)와 외측변부사이에 형성되어 있고, 이 고정편(5)은 폐쇄부의 최초 개방후 재폐쇄시에 제4면(2)의 내측변부측으로 눌러 삽입하므로서 제3면(3)을 제4면(2)에 고정할 수 있게되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 액체 음료용 종이용기의 폐쇄부.
  4. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 제3면(3)의 연장부(7)가 폐쇄부의 개봉후에 재폐쇄시 제4면(2)의 내측변부하측으로 눌러 삽입하므로서 제3면(3)을 제4면(2)에 고정할 수 있게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 액체음료용 종이 용기의 폐쇄부.
