Claims (5)
- 조류를 금속존재하에 두고 물 또는 조미액중에서 가열하여 그 색조의 고정을 행한 후, 해당 제류로 목적으로 하는 가공식품에 따라 각종의 첨가물을 가공처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류를 원료로 하는 가공식품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단엽파래, 청파래, 미역, 생미역, 다시마 및 해태를 조류로서 사용한 조류를 원료로 하는 가공식품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로서 구리, 아연, 금, 몰리브덴, 백금, 납, 주석, 코발트, 닉켈, 철의 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 사용한 조류를 원료로 하는 가공식품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로서 구리 및/또는 아연을 사용하는 조류를 원료로 하는 가공식품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가공식품이 쨈, 젤리, 드레싱, 마요네즈, 치이즈, 버터,마아가린, 양갱, 페이스트 및 조림인 조류를 원료로 하는 가공식품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
