Claims (14)
- 가열판위에 놓여서 가온되고, 조리물이 들어있는 조리용 남지로 구성된 가열시스템내의 온도를 측정함으로써 조리용남비속에 들어있는 조리물의 온도를 구하는 장치로서, 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 바닥에서 벽까지의 이행범위내에 환상으로 둠러있는 반사면(12)(12′)이 제공되어 있고, 촛점조정장치가 달린 복사필터(30)가 가열판(21)(23)위에 놓여있는 조리용남비(10 또는 10′)의 반사면 (12 또는 12′)상에 위치하고, 복사필터(30)가 그 복사측정범위(제2도)내에 있는 좁은 부분(35)과 복사필터(30)의 투사면(31)사이의 거리에 상응하는 간격으로 반사면(12 또는 12′)과 떨어져 배치되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 조리용남비(10)(10′)가 가열판(21)(23)상의 예정된 위치에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 가열판(21)(23)이 그 조절면 위로 돌출한 받침테(22)(24)에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열판(21)(23)위에 올려놓은 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 반사면(12)(12′)이 복사필터(30)의 투사면에 대하여 평행 및 동심적으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반사면(12)(12′)이 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 바닥(11)(11′)에 대하여 수직으로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반사면(12)(12′)이 흐린 흑색, 특히 흑색으로 되어있음을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 복사필터(30)의 투사면이 복사투과성 보호판(32)(33)으로 덮여있음을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 물이 채워져 있는 조리용남비(10)(10′)를 측정요소로서 이용하고, 물이 끓을 때 복사필터(30)의 평가회로가 물의 비등온도(예를들면, 100℃)를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복사필터(30)에 대하여 동일한 거리에 배치되어 있는 다수의 조리용남비(10)(10′)용의 타임 멀리플렉스내에 복사필터(30)를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 투사면(31)이 있는 복사필터(30)를 기계적 조정장치에 의하여 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 반사면(12)(12′)상에서 연속적으로 조절하여 그 위치를 정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 투사면이 있는 복사필터(30)가 광학시스템을 거쳐 다수의 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 반사면(12)(12′)과 결합되어 있고, 광학시스템이 차광장치 등과 같은 감광장치에 의하여 선택적으로 통과또는 차단될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제11항에 있어서, 전자식으로 제어할 수 있는 광밸브를 감광장치로서 이용함을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 위치가 고정된 복사필터(30)의 방위를 회전할 수 있게 설치되고, 조절할 수 있는 거울을 이용하여 다수의 조리용남비(10)(10′)의 반사면(12)(12′)상에서 연속적으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열판(21)(23)이 접속되었을때 일정한 유예기간이 경과한 후 복사필터(30)의 출력에 측정치신호가 없는 것을 방해신호로서 평가하고, 이를 가열판(21)(23)의 차단용으로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 바의 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
