Claims (12)

  1. 치환-촉매계의 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 활성제를 함유하는 반응제 용액을 치환-촉매계의 촉매를 함유하는 반응제용액, 디시클로펜타디엔을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 반응제용액과 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 충분시간 가열하여 디시클로펜타디엔을 중합한 후, 가교중합체를 호수하여 디시클로펜타디엔 단위를 함유하는 가교 열경화성중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반응제 용액이 발포제를 함유하고, 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 활성제는 디알킬알루미늄 요오드화물, 알킬알루미늄 디요오드화물, 또는 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물과 원소요오드와의 혼합물이고, 사기 혼합물을 약 30-80℃의 온도로 가열시켜 세포상중합체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 세포상 가교 폴리 디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 활성제가 디에틸알루미늄 요오드화물임을 특징으로 하는 세포상 가교폴리디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반응제류가 약 5-12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 1이상의 다른 시클로올레핀 단량체의 약 20%(디시클로 펜타디엔의 중량기준)까지 함유함을 특징으로 하는 세포상가교 폴리 디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 다른 시클로올레핀 단량체가 노르보르넨, 노르보르나디엔, 시클로펜텐, 디메탄헥사 히드로나프탈렌 및 디메탄 옥타히드로 나프탈렌의 그룹으로부터 선별된 것임을 특징으로 하는 세포상 가교 폴리 디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한행에 있어서, 상기 치환- 촉매계의 촉매가 텅스텐을 함유하는 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 세포상 가교 폴리 디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반응제류가 디시클로펜타디엔의 중량을 기준으로 한 3-15중량%의 탄성체를 함유함은 특징으로 하는 세포상 가교폴리디시클로펜타디엔의 제조방법.
  7. 치환-촉매계의 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 활성제를 함유하는 반응제용액 혼합물(a), 치환-촉매계의 촉매를 함유하는 반응제 용액혼합물, 디시클로펜타디엔을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 반응제용액 혼합물(b)로 수성되는 반응제 용액 혼합물에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 발포제를 함유하고 활성제는 디알킬알루미늄 요오드화물, 알킬알루미늄 디요오드화물, 또는 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물과 원소 요오드와의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 반응제 용액 혼합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 활성제가 디에틸 알루미늄 요오드화물임을 특징으로 하는 반응제 용액 혼합물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반응제류가 약 5-12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 1이상의 다른 시클로올레핀 단량체의 약 20%(디시클로펜타디엔의 중량기준)까지 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응제 용액 혼합물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 다른 시클로올레핀 단량체가 노르보르넨, 노르보르나디엔, 시클로펜텐, 디메탄헥사히드로나프탈렌 및 디메탄 옥타히드로나프탈렌의 그룹으로부터 선별된 것임을 특징으로 하는 반응제용액 혼합물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환-촉매계의 촉매가 텅스텐을 함유하는 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 반응제 용액 혼합물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 반응제류가 디시클로 펜타디엔의 중량을 기준으로 한 약 3-5중량%의 탄성체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응제 용액 조성물.
