Claims (6)

  1. 증발실(13)을 우회하는 제1 통로(8)나 또는 휘발성 액체의 증기를 동반하기 위하여 증발실(13)을 통과하는 제2통로(10)를 따라 캐리어 가스를 반복적으로 전환시키기 위한 수단(11)을 특징으로 하는 증발될 휘발성 액체용 증발실, 캐리어 가스용 유입구, 및 캐리어 가스와 증기용 유출구로 구성되는 증발기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캐어리 가스가 상기 수단(11)에 도달하기전에, 먼저 캐리어 가스를 유입구(3)로부터 유출구(5)까지 직접 유동하는 주 바이패스 스트림(4)과 상기 수단(11)을 향하여 유동하는 다른 스트림(6)으로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전환수단(11)을 향하여 유동하는 스트림(6)에 대한 주 바이패스 스트림중(4)의 캐리어 가스의 용량비를 변경시키기 위하여 다른 수단(7 및 9)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전환수단(11)이 솔레노이드 밸브이고, 그의 개폐는 유출구(5)를 통과하는 휘발성 액체의 증기의 출력농도를 결정하도록 전자식으로 제어함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(11)를 증발실(13)의 상류에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(11)를 증발실(13)의 하류에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
