Claims (6)
- 증발실(13)을 우회하는 제1 통로(8)나 또는 휘발성 액체의 증기를 동반하기 위하여 증발실(13)을 통과하는 제2통로(10)를 따라 캐리어 가스를 반복적으로 전환시키기 위한 수단(11)을 특징으로 하는 증발될 휘발성 액체용 증발실, 캐리어 가스용 유입구, 및 캐리어 가스와 증기용 유출구로 구성되는 증발기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캐어리 가스가 상기 수단(11)에 도달하기전에, 먼저 캐리어 가스를 유입구(3)로부터 유출구(5)까지 직접 유동하는 주 바이패스 스트림(4)과 상기 수단(11)을 향하여 유동하는 다른 스트림(6)으로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전환수단(11)을 향하여 유동하는 스트림(6)에 대한 주 바이패스 스트림중(4)의 캐리어 가스의 용량비를 변경시키기 위하여 다른 수단(7 및 9)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전환수단(11)이 솔레노이드 밸브이고, 그의 개폐는 유출구(5)를 통과하는 휘발성 액체의 증기의 출력농도를 결정하도록 전자식으로 제어함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(11)를 증발실(13)의 상류에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
