제1도 및 제2도는 각기 다른 구체형에 따른 축 기화기의 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- 중금속함유 잔사를 충진물질(14, 15, 16) 및/또는 고체-상형성체(6)와 다같이 탄소함유물질(6)의 적어도 하나의 고체상(8)을 함유하는 일차-기체 반응구역(5)의 축 기화기(1)에 도입시키고 슬래그-형성물질을 도입하여 흡착시키고 중금속을 고정시킨 다음 고체 상(8)의 저부구역(10)을 슬래그 및 회분 용융 온도이상의 온도 및 100poise이하의 슬래그의 점도에서 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 화학공장으로부터 중금속 함유 잔사 특히 가수소화잔사를 회수하는 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 바나듐 함유 잔사를 회수하기 위하여 염기성 슬래그 형성제, 특히 CaO함유물질을 축 기화기(1)의 2차-기체 반응구역(3)으로 추가 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 철 함유 잔사를 회수하기 위해 코우크, 특히 야금 코우크를 2차-기체 반응구역(3)에 도입시키고 여기서 적어도 40% SiO2함유 산성슬레그가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1 내지 3항에 있어서, 1-차 기체반응구역(5)내에서 그을음의 형성을 낮추게 하는 다음 하나 또는 그 이상의 조치를 적당하게 부과함을 특징으로 하는 방법 :a) 산소-함유 기체를 공급하여 C/O2비율, λ가 적어도 0.45 내지 0.8, 바람직하게 0.6이 되게 한다;b) 적어도 0.35 내지 0.7, 바람직하게 0.5의 수소/산소 비로 조정한다;c) 1차-기체 반응구중의 1차 기체의 지체시간을 0.2 내지 1.5초, 바람직하게 0.4 내지 0.6초로 조정한다;d) 2차-기체 반응구역중의 2차 기체의 지체시간을 1 내지 6초, 바람직하게 2내지 3초로 조정한다;
- 상기 1 내지 4항에 있어서, 석회석과 같은 슬래그 형성 첨가제가 200mm까지의 양으로 입자화단계에서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1 내지 5항에 있어서, 축 기화(1)를 지난 생성기체(18)를 여과하고 여과한 분진(20)을 1차-기체반응구역(5)에 제공함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1 내지 6항에 있어서, 오물 슬러지(23)을 충진물질로서 일차-기체 반응구역(5)에 덧붙여 중금속함유 잔사(14)에 공급함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 7항에 있어, 오물슬러지(23)를 중금속함유 잔사(14)의 30%까지의 양으로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 7 또는 8항에 있어서 오물슬러지(23)를 잔사의 공급전에 중금속함유 잔사(14)와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 7 내지 9항에 있어 오물슬러지를 그것의 공급전에 대부분 50 내지 60%의 잔사습윤상태로 건조시키는 상기의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
