종래에는 금형취부시 주로 하늘방향으로 향하는 작은 원형의 언더컷을 경사핀을 이용할 슬라이드 코어 방식에 의해 처리하여 왔으나 이는 경사핀에 의하여 슬라이드코어가 후퇴한 후 슬라이드코어의 처짐을 방지하기 위해 스프링과 볼트등으로 지지되어 있어 구조가 복잡하게 되었으며 가공시간이 길어졌으며, 금형의 크기가 커지고 또한 분해조립작업이 곤란하였다.Conventionally, when the mold is mounted, a small circular undercut mainly directed in the sky direction has been processed by a slide core method using an inclined pin, but this is a spring and a bolt to prevent the slide core from sagging after the slide core is retracted by the inclined pin.
