Description

온상용 골재의 결착구
제1도는 본 고안의 결착구로서, 제1(a)도 펼친상태의 평면도이고, 제2(b)도 핀결착구와 상하 연결 고정부의 결곡 상태이며, 제1(c)도 결착구의 만공상태를 보인 측면도.
제2도는 본 고안 결착구의 상하교차 조립상태를 나타낸 분해 사시도.
제3도는 본 고안 결착구의 조립상태의 사시도.
제4도는 제3도의 조립 단면도.

본 고안은 핀결착부와 절곡 지지부로 되어 이를 고착시킬 수 있게한 온상용 골재의 결착구에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 단면형으로 되는 2개의 결착구를 직각 교차상으로 지지부를 설치 길이에 차이를 둔 핀으로 끼워조 립되게 하여 상하 좌우의 요동이 없는 견고한 비닐하우스를 특수한 골재를 요하지 않고 손쉽게 조립 시공할 수 있게한것이다.
본 고안은 골재를 십자형으로 교차함에 있어, 동형의 결착구를 상하 교차시켜 지지부를 결합 설치고정하고 내면으로 골재를 직각 교차 설치후 핀으로 손쉽게 조립 시공할 수 있게 한 것이다.
이를 첨부 도면에 의거 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상하 십자형으로 골재를 교차 결합함에 있어서, 중앙부에 요구(4)(4') 및 절개 절곡 및 된 지지부(3)(3')와 핀 삽입구(2)(2')를 갖는 골재 결착구(1)(1')를 상하 교차시켜 일체화시킴과 동시에 골재는 각각 2개의 핀(5)으로 고정하게 하였다. 도면중 미 설명 부호는 9골재이다.
이와같이 구성한 본 고안은 동형의 결착구를 역으로 직각 교차시켜 결합함에 있어 측면으로 절개 절곡된 지지부를 요구(4)(4')내로 삽입 설치하여 맞교합 일체화된 상하 결착구(1)(1') 내로 골재(9)를 삽입한 후 핀(6)으로 긴착시키므로 간편히 결착하여 조립 시공할 수 있게한 산업상 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 도시한 바와같이, 중앙부에 요구(4)(4') 및 지지부(3)(3')와 핀삽입부(2)(2')를 갖는 골재결착구(1)(1')를 상하 교차시켜 일체화 시킴과 동시에 골재(9)는 각각 핀(5)으로 고정하게한 온상용 골재의 결착구.
