Claims (2)
- 상부전극체(7)와 즙받이겸용 하부전극체(8)에 의하여 협압된 식품재료(A)를 충전한 절연성용기(2)를 작업대(1)의 바로 앞쪽에 재치하고 상부전극체(7)에 마련한 소켓(12)에 식품재료(A)의 숙일온도를 검출하는 검지침(28)을 찔러넣은 다음 절연성용기(2)를 작업대(1)의 후방쪽으로 이동시켜서 통전판(22),(23)과 접촉시켜, 상부전극체(7)와 즙받이 겸용 하부전극체사이에 통전하여 식품재료(A)를 일정온도에서 숙열 살균시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 통전가공식품 제조방법.
- 상부전극체(7)와 즙받이겸용 하부전극체(8)에 의하여 혈압된 식품재료(A)를 충전한 절연성용기(2)가 작업대(1)위를 전후로 이동할 수 있도록 재치하고 상부전극체(7)에는 식품재료(A)의 숙열온도를 검출하는 검지침(28)을 자유로히 삐어낸다거나 찔러넣는 소켓(12)을 마련함과 동시에 작업대(1)의 후부에는 절연성용기(2)가 일정한 위치로 이동되었을 때에 상부전극체(7)와 즙받이겸용 하부전극체(8)사이에 통전을 하기 위한 통전판(22),(23)을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 통전가공식품 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
