식물유를 첨가시켜 소시지를 제조함에 있어서 비타민E를 0.01% 첨가하고, 리놀레인산 50% 이상 함유한 식물유를 15-22%(정제수 첨가량을 제외한 백분비)를 통상의 소시지 제조공정에 첨가시켜 소시지 제품의 리놀레인산의 함량이 4%-5%가 되도록 처리함을 특징으로 하는 식물유를 첨가시킨 소시지의 제조방법.In preparing sausages by adding vegetable oil, 0.01% of vitamin E was added, and vegetable oil containing 50% or more of linoleic acid was added to normal sausage manufacturing process by adding 15-22% (percentage except purified water addition amount) to the normal sausage manufacturing process.
