제1도는 본 발명에 따른 스트랜드 안내 장치로 구성된 연속주조 장치의 선도. 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따른 횡단면도. 제3도는 제2도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ에 따른 종단면도.
Claims (5)
- 스트랜드의 진행 방향으로 연장되어 있고 스트랜드와 면하고 있는 교체 가능한 부재로 구성되는, 강을 연속으로 주조할 수 있고 바로 압연될 수 있는 스트랜드를 제조하는 데 사용되는 스트랜드 안내 장치에 있어서, 부재(10)이 세라믹 재료로 구성되어 금속 지지 부재(12)에 교정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 부재(10)이 금속 볼트(11)에 의해지지 부재(12)에 연결되고, 스트랜드(7)과 면하고 있는 그 표면이 스트랜드(7)을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드 안내 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지지 부재(12)가 냉각 매질용 덕트(15)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드 안내 장치.
- 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 안내 레일의 상기 부분을 측면 밀봉부재(20)으로 폐쇄하여 산소의 유입을 막을 수 있는 격실을 형성하고, 이 부분 내로 연장된 불활성 가스 공급파이프(17)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드 안내장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 녹제거 장치(16)이 스트랜드의 이동 방향에서 안내 레일(6)의 앞에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랜드 안내 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
