Claims (3)

  1. 라디칼 X 대신에, 라디칼 X로 전환될 수 있는 라디칼 Y가 존재하는 하기식(Ⅰ)에 대응하는 화합물을 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시키고, 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 다른 라디칼 X를 함유하고 있는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 또다른 화합물로 전환시키거나, 4-X-시클로헥산카르브알데히드 또는 이것의 반응성유도체를 2-R-1,3-프로판디올과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    R-DiO-Cy-X (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서; R은 1 또는 2개의 CH2기가 산소원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 12개 이하의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기이며; X는 CN,F,C1 또는 Br이며; D10는 1,3-디옥산-2,5-디알기이며; Cy는 1,4-시클로헥실렌기임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 2가지 이상의 액정성분을 지닌 전자광학표시 소지용 액정유전체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 유전체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자광학표시 소자.
