제1도는 본 발명에 있어서의 집광가열식 플로우팅법에 사용한 장치의 설명도.
Claims (2)
- 3가의 티탄을 고용(固溶)한 크리소베릴 단결정을 열처리하여 이루어진 광채효과를 나타내는 크리소베릴 단결정.
- 비산화성가스 분위기하에 주성분으로서 거의 등몰의 산화베릴륨과 산화알루미늄 및 소량의 티탄의 산화물, 착색용 금속산화합물을 소결 또는 용융고화하여 제작한 원료봉을 사용하여 동 분위기하에 집광가열식 플로팅존법에 의해 크리소베릴 단결정을 육성하고 그후 이 단결정을 열처리하므로써 크리소베릴 단결정중에 산화티탄의 침상결정을 방향성을 가지고 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광채효과를 나타내는 크리소베릴 단결정의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
