Claims (10)
- 유리 섬유 또는 암석 섬유와 같은 불연속 광물 섬유를 폴리머화 결합제와 함께 가열시켜 압착시킨 1이상의 예비 형판으로부터 제조한 복합 박막에 있어서, 광물 섬유 함량이 섬유 및 결합제의 총중량에 대해 70% 이상이고 밀도가 300 내지 1,500㎏/㎥임을 특징으로 하는 복합 박막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광물섬유가 유리 섬유이고, 섬유 함량이 70중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 복합 박막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합제가 페놀-포름알데히드 수지, 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지, 또는 우레아-포름알데히드 수지로부터 선택된 열 경화성 수지임을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충진재, 소수성화제 및 안로와 같은 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 밀도가 600 내지 1,100㎏/㎥임을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 유리 섬유 또는 암석 섬유와 같은 불연속 광물 섬유를 폴리머화 결합제와 함께 가열시켜 압착시킨 1이상의 예비 형판으로 제조한 복합 박막에 있어서, 광물 섬유 함량이 섬유 및 결합제의 총중량에 대해 70%이상이고, ρ의 함수로써 σ/ρ의 값이 2×10-2Mpam3/㎏ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 복합 박막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다층구조를 압착하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다양한 성형 형태임을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 표면 압혼을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 불연속 광물 섬유의 1개 이상의 예비 형판을 1 내지 100바아, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50바아의 압력하에서 결합제에 따라 온도를 변화시켜 약 1분 이상 강하게 압착시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 불연속 광물섬유의 복합 박막을 제조하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
