Claims (13)

  1. 인간, 동물 또는 식물의 액체중의 병리학적으로 증가된 수소이탈 효소의 농도를 검출하고, UV조사가 없는 각 경우에 있어서 산성범위로 pH값이 조절되어 액체 형태에서 운반체와 접촉을 하는 물질혼합물과 운반체로 구성되어 있으며, 운반체와 물질혼합물의 결합물을 건조처리한 후 적색광보다 높은 에너지의 빛에 대해 불투명한 포장케이스에 넣어 밀봉하여 만든 진단장치에 있어서 포장케이스 중에서의 운반체와 물질혼합물을 건조처리 된 결합물을 공기와 수분에 대해 완전히 밀봉되게 처리함을 특징으로 하는 진단장치 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 특수한 수소이탈 효소에 대응한 기질, 수소공여체 화합물, 최소한 한가지의 산화환원 염료 및 적당하다면 완충계로 된 물질혼합물과 산화환원염료에 결합하는 운반체를 사용하는 방법에 있어서 극성기를 가진 운반체와 pH값이 5.0이하로 조절된 물질혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 셀룰로오스 섬유를 함유한 지혈전을 운반체로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에서부터 제3항까지 중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 운반체와 물질혼합물의 결합물을 포장케이스 내에 설치한 후 건조처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 청구범위 제1항-제4항중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 건조 장치에서 포장케이스를 밀봉처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 청구범위 제3항-제5항중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 지혈전 착용기에 지혈전을 설치한 후 물질혼합물을 가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 청구범위 제6항에 있어서 액체불투과성의 내벽이 있는 삽입카아트리지를 착용기에 구성하고 삽입카아트리지에 지혈전을 설치하여 지혈전의 삽입끝 앞쪽에 있는 삽입카아트리지 내에 자유공간을 형성하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서 물질혼합물의 용액을 자유공간 속으로 주입함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 앞서 나온 여러 청구범위 중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 열전도도가 큰 금속으로 되어 있고 한쪽이 개방되어 있으며 탄성질의 밀봉플러그가 있는 소형튜우브를 포장케이스로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 청구범위 제9항에 있어서 착용기와 지혈전의 결합물을 소형튜우브에 넣고 물질혼합물을 지혈전에 가한 후 소형튜우브를 그 내용물과 함께 밀봉플러그로 부분적으로 밀봉함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 앞서나온 여러 청구범위 중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 동결건조 장치에서 물질혼합물과 운반체를 건조처리한 후 큰 감압조건하에서 이 장치 중에서 포장케이스를 밀봉처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 청구범위 제11항에 있어서 비교적 다소 약한 감압조건하의 1단계에서 건조처리한 후 보다 큰 감압조건하에 2단계에서 건조처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 앞서 나온 여러 청구범위 중 어느 한 청구범위에 있어서 포장케이스 내의 수분 함량이 1% 이하가 되게 건조처리함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
