Claims (9)
- 물에 대한 용해도가 이차 pH에서보다 일차 pH에서 용해도가 큰 약산성의 유기화합물을 일차 pH와 이차 pH와의 사이의 이온상태를 유지시키는 음이온성 계면활성제와 양이온성이 일차 pH로부터 이차 pH까지 증가하는 양쪽성 계면활성화제와 함께 충분한 염기존재하에서 물에 용해시켜 일차 pH로까지 그 pH를 증가시켜, 바람직하게는 약 2pH 단위로 그 화합물의 pKa 이상 증가시킨후, 상기용액을 교반하여 그 2pH를 이차 pH로 감소시키는 적정제를 사용하여 음이온과 양쪽성 계면활성제의 공착과 소립자로서의 그 화합물의 침전의 동시생성을 유발시키도록 적정함으로써 약산성 유기화합물의 소립자를 제조하는 방법.
- 물에 대한 용해도가 온도에 의존하고, 이차 pH에서보다 일차 pH에서 용해도가 큰 약염기의 유기화합물을 일차 pH와 이차 pH와의 사이의 이온상태를 유지시키는 음이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성이 일차 pH로부터 이차 pH까지 증가하는 양쪽성 계면활성제와 함께 충분한 산존재하에서 물에 용해시켜, 일차 pH로 까지 그 pH를 낮추고, 바람직하게는 약 2pH 단위로 그 화합물의 pKa 이하로 감소시킨후, 상기 용액을 교반하여, 그 pH를 이차 pH로 증가시키는 적정제를 사용하여 양이온과 양쪽성 계면활성제의 공착과 소립자로서의 그 화합물의 침전의 동시 생성을 유발시키도록 적정함으로써 약염기성 유기화합물의 소립자를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 화합물이 약학적으로 활성인 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 약학적 활성화합물이 설파디아진, 리도카인, 살리실산, 페로디핀, 설박탐피복실, 클로르족산, 테오필린과 에리스로마이신으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 양쪽성 계면활성제가 이미다졸 유도의 양쪽성 계면활성제, 베타인과 아미노산 양쪽성계면 활성제로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 양쪽성 계면활성제가 코카미도프로필 베타인, 라우라미도프로필베타인, 디소디움과 라우리미도디프로피오네이트로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온성 계면활성제가 소듐라우릴설페이트와 8-18탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 소듐알킬설페이트와 6-8탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 디알킬소듐설포숙시네이트로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양이온성 계면활성제가 11-18 탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬트리메틸암모늄 헬라이드와 8-18 탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 벤질알킬디메틸암모늄 헬라이드와 8-18 탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬디메틸에틸암모늄 헬라이드 중에서 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화합물 대 양쪽성 계면활성제와 양이온성 또는 음이온성의 비율이 약 0.15:1:1 내지 4.4:1:1이며 특별한 시스템에서는 최대용해 능력도 이하까지인 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
