Claims (2)

  1. 할로겐 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.1내지 5중량부의 양으로 일반식(I)의 이소티유로니움 화합물 적어도 하나를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 하나의 할로겐 고무, 실리케이트 충진제 및 임의로 할로실란을 함유하는 경화성 고무 혼합물.
    상기식에서,는 클로라이드, 브로마이드 또는 아이오다이드이고, m은 1 내지 6이며, R1은 C1-C5-알킬그룹, C5또는 C6-시클로알킬그룹 또는 페닐그룹이고, R은 C1-C5-알킬그룹, C5또는 C6-시클로알킬그룹, β-메톡시에틸그룹, 페닐 또는 벤질그룹이며, n은 0,1 또는 2이고, R3,R4,R5,R6은 서로 같거나 다르며 수소 또는 C1-C5-알킬그룹을 나타내거나, R3및 R5는 수소를 나타내고 R4및 R6는 서로 같거나 다르며 수소, C5-C6-시킬로알킬그룹, 페닐 또는 벤질 그룹을 나타내거나, R4와 R6는 함께 C2-C4-알킬렌체인을 나타낸다.
  2. 혼합물이 성형된 후, 가열온도에 따라서 1 내지 200분에 걸쳐 100 내지 200°C온도에서 혼합물을 가열함으로써 제1항의 할로겐 고무 혼합물을 경화 또는 교차 결합시키는 방법에 있어서, 할로겐 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 5중량부의 양으로 일반식(I)의 이소티유로니움 화합물 적어도 하나를 할로겐 고무 혼합물에 혼합하고 동시에 분포시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서,는 클로라이드, 브로마이드 또는 아이오다이드이고, m은 1 내지 5이며, R1은 C1-C5-알킬그룹, C5-C8시클로알킬그룹 또는 페닐그룹이고, R은 C1-C5알킬그룹, C5-C8시클로알킬그룹, β-메톡시에틸그룹, 페닐그룹, 또는 벤질그룹이며, n은 0,1 또는 2이고, R3,R4,R5,R6는 서로 같거나 다르며 수소 또는 C1-C5알킬그룹을 나타내거나, R3및 R5는 수소를 나타내고 R4및 R6는 서로 같거나 다르며 수소, C5-C8-시클로알킬그룹, 페닐 또는 벤질그룹을 나타내거나, R4및 R6는 함께 C2-C|4알킬렌 체인을 나타낸다.
