Claims (10)

  1. 현탁액내에 존재하는 고체물질의 제거후 적당한 용매를 사용함으로서 습식공정으로 산 되는 인산에 존재하는 우라늄을 회수하는 공정에 있어서, 환원된 우라늄 추출공정도중의 드로스 형식을 막기 위하여 인산의 생성시 산출되는 집섬이 첨가된, 최종고체-액체분리단계시 고체물질을 제거하는 단계가 진행되는 특징으로하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최종고체-액체 분리공정이 최소한 2mm, 양호하게는 5-500mm 두께의 집섬인 여과매체를 통하여 여과되는 것이 특징인 우라늄 회수공정.
  3. 제1과 2항에 있어서, 최종고체-액체 분리공정이 5-100kg/㎥의 집섬존재하에 처리되어질 산을 침착시킴으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  4. 제1-3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 최종고체-액체분리 공정이 침착과 여과의 계단식 조합으로 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  5. 제1항과 2항에 있어서, 처리되어질산의 최소한 50 양호하게는 100-5000g/㎥의 비율로 최중 고체-액체분리 공정을 거치는 인산에 집성을 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리공정.
  6. 제1항에서 5제항까지의 어느한항에 있어서, 최종고체-액체분리공정이 공지된 응결제의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  7. 제1항에 6항까지의 어느한항에 있어서, 최종 고체-액체 분리공정에 사용되는 집섬이 인산침식공정으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  8. 제1항에서 7항까지의 어느한항에 있어서, 우라늄 추출시약이 알킬라디칼이 C7-C13알콜홀에 대응하는 탄소사슬인 알킬피로포스포린산의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  9. 제1항에서 8항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서, 우라늄 추출단계의 온도가 30℃-80℃, 양호하게는 30℃-60℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 우라늄 회수공정.
  10. 제1항에서 9항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서, 우라늄추출 시냑이 5-100g/ℓ, 양호하게는 20-50g/ℓ의 비율로 지방족 및/혹은 방향족 탄화수소에 용해되는 것을 특징으로하는 우라늄 회수공정.
