Claims (4)

  1. 선별통로로 곡립을 이동시키키는 수단과, 선별곡립들을 집곡하기 위하여 상기 선별통로의 연장된 선로상에 배치된 수단과; 상기 장치 밖으로 비선별곡립들을 방출하기 위하여 상기 접곡수단에 인접하여 배치된 수단과; 선별곡립과 비선별곡립을 검출하기 위하여 상기 선별통로를 따라 양측면에 배치된 수단과; 광을 상기 선별통로에 송출하는 발광소자와, 기준광량을 제공하는 백그라운드의 광수단과, 상기 선별통로내의 곡립과 상기 백그라운드 광원수단으로부터 들어오는 광을 수신하기 위한 수광소자를 각각 포함하는 상기 검출수단과; 상기 어떤 비선별곡립들이 상기 선별통로내에 있을 때 분사신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 수광소자에 응답하는 밸브작동수단과; 상기 방출수단에 비선별곡립들을 분사시키기 위하여 상기 밸브 작동수단에 응답하는 수단과; 상기 백그라운드의 광수단으로부터 방출된 광량을 자동적으로 조정하기 위하여 상기 수광소자에 응답하는 조정수단과; 상기 선별통로내에 곡립이 없을 때 수광소자에 의해 수신된 광량과 동작시 상기 선별통로내에 선별곡립이 있을 때 수광소자에 의해 수신된 광량의 차를 동작시 선별곡립의 색채농담이 변화하여도 실질적으로 없애는 상기 조정수단에 의해 조정되는 광원을 포함하는 상기 백그라운드의 광원수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 곡립의 색채선별기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백그라운드의 광량조절장치는 상기 수광소자에 의해 수신된 광량과 기준치 광량을 비교하기 위하여 상기 수광소자에 응답하여 상기 백그라운드의 광원수단으로부터 방출된 광량에 따라서 수정량과 방향을 지시하느 수정신호를 발생시키는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 곡립의 색채 선별기.
  3. 다수의 색채선별 유니트를 포함하는 곡립의 색채 선별기에 있어서, 상기 각 유니트는 곡립을 선별통로로 이동시키는 수단과; 선별곡립을 집곡하기 위하여 상기 선별통로의 연장된 선로상에 배치된 수단과; 상기 장치의 외부로 비선별곡립을 방출시키기 위하여 상기 집곡수단에 인접하여 배치된 수단과; 선별곡립과 비선별곡립을 검출하기 위하여 상기 선별통로를 따라 양면에 배치된 수단과; 광을 상기 선별통로에 송출하는 발광수단과, 광의 기준차량을 제공하는 백그라운드의 광수단과, 상기 백그라운드의 광수단과 상기 선별통로내의 곡립으로부터 들어오는 광을 수신하기 위한 수광수단을 각각 포함하는 상기 검출수단과; 어떠한 비선별곡립이 상기 선별통로내에 출현할 때 분사신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 수광수단에 응답하는 밸브작동수단과; 상기 방출수단에 비선별곡립을 분사시키기 위하여 상기 밸브작동수단에 응답하는 수단과; 상기 백그라운드의 광원수단으로부터 방출된 광량을 자동적으로 조정하기 위하여 상기 수광수단에 응답하는 조정수단과, 상기 각각의 수광수단에 선택적으로 그리고 연속적인 연결에 변화되게 배열되고 상기 다수의 색채선별유니트에 공통적으로 제공되는 상기 조절수단과, 상기 다수의 색채선별유니트의 각각의 발광수단으로 구성된 상기 색채선별장치와; 상기 선별통로에 곡립이 없을 때 상기 수광수단에 의해 수신된 광량과 선별통로에 선별곡립이 존재하는 경우에 동일하게 수신되는 광량 사이의 차를 동작시 선별 곡립의 색채농담이 변하여도 실질적으로 없애는 상기 조절수단에 의해 조절된 광원을 포함하는 상기 백그라운드의 광수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 곡립의 색채선별기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 곡립의 색채선별기는 상기 자동 백그라운드의 광조절수단의 절환동작을 수행하는 스캐너 회로수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 곡립의 색채 선별기.
