섬유펠트의 제조방법

제1도는 수납 콘베이어 이송방향을 횡단해서 본 섬유 펠트 제조장치의 도면이고
제2도는 제1도를 확대한 부분도로서 섬유 분배장치의 구조를 좀더 정확하게 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 섬유를 보지하고 가스를 통과시키게 하는 관통된 콘베이어상에 가스류에 의해 운송되는 섬유를 보내고 가스류가 콘베이어폭의 방향에서 진동운동으로 콘베이어 위를 휩쓸게 하고, 진동운동의 특성, 진동수 형태크기, 중간방향 또는 이들 특징중 적어도 하나가 형성된 펠트상 단위표면적당 섬유량의 측정결과에 따라 작업과정에서 자동적으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한 섬유펠트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펠트내의 단위표면적당 섬유량을 방사선 흡수법으로 측정하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 진동의 크기와 중간방향이 펠트의 폭을 횡단하여 측정된 단위표면적당 질량의 국부적인 변량의 작용으로서 자동적으로 조절되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에서, 운동의 진동수와 콘베이어의 속도가 펠트의 전폭상에 단위표면적당 섬유량측정의 작용으로 조절회로에 의해 조절되는 방법.
  5. 섬유펠트의 제조장치에 있어서, 섬유를 수납후드(4)내로 운송하는 가스기류를 발생시키는 섬유제조장치, 이 후드(4)의 벽을 형성하는 가스통과가 가능한 콘베이어(3), 가스를 통과시키고 펠트(7)를 구성하는 섬유를 보지하는 콘베이어(3), 콘베이어 폭방향에서 진동운동을 가스기류에 주는 장치, 수납후드(4)를 떠난 펠트를 처리하기 위한 기구(19), 회전하는 안내닥트(8)에 의해 생성된 가스기류를 진동운동에 부여하는 장치 및 제조된 펠트의 단위표면적당 섬유량 측정을 위한 장치(21)로 이루어진 조절장치에 의해 주어지는 지시에 따른 방향, 크기, 형태, 진동수를 즉시 수정할 수 있는 장치와, 측정을 조사분석하고 메모리에 기록된 크기로서 이 조사분석의 결과들을 비교하여 안내닥트(8)에 대한 운동을 전하기 위한 장치(9)를 조절하는 신호를 제공하는 콤퓨터를 포함하는 섬유펠트의 제조장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 원심분리장치에 의해 제조되고 원심분리기(1)의 주위벽을 따라 흐르는 환성의 가스류에 운송되는 섬유가 원심분리기와 인접한 위치에 있는 원형단면의 안내닥트(8)을 통하는 장치.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 안내닥트(8)가 비례분배기(17)에 의해 조절되는 복동운동 유압잭(9)을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제5 내지 7항중의 하나에 있어서, 펠트의 단위 표면적당 섬유량 측정을 위한 기구가 방사선 흡수 측정을 위한 기구로 된 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 측정기구가 엑스선(X-ray)흡수를 분석하는 장치(21)로 구성되고 그 장치가 펙트폭의 방향에서 변위하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제7항 및 제9항에 있어서, 펠트 폭을 횡단한 단위 표면적당 섬유량의 측정을 유압잭(9)로드의 운동범위와 평균위치를 조절하는 조정회로로서 행하는 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 펠트의 전폭상 단위표면적당 섬유량의 측정을 섬유를 수납하는 콘베이어(3)의 속도와 만약 사용할 수 있다면, 안내닥트(8)의 진동운동의 진동수를 조절하는 조정회로로서 행하는 장치.
  12. 제6항 내지 제11항 중의 하나에 있어서, 섬유를 원심분리하기 위한 여러장치를 섬유를 수납하기 위한 동일 콘베이어(3), 안내닥트(8)과 관계되는 원심분리장치 그리고 조절되어지는 이러한 닥트의 적어도 하나와 일직선으로 배열시킨 장치.
