Claims (3)

  1. 포장의 한벽면(14)으로 연결되어 내부가 통하여 있는 이중벽으로된 삼각돌출부(15)와 이 삼각돌출부를 포함하여 포장의 상단면(11)위에 뻗어있는 밀봉접합부(10)를 포함한 형태의 것으로써 밀봉접합부(10)의 기선(base line)양옆에 똑바로난 절취눈금선(6,6′)이 포장재료를 부분적으로 눈금을 낼 수 있고 절취눈금선(6)은 삼각돌출부(15)의 선단(5)과 아랫변 사이의 통상중간정도 거리에 위치하는 점까지 서로 다른면에서 평행을 이루고 있는 곧은 눈금선(6)이 그 점을 지나면서부터 접합부(10)의 양옆에서 원호형태(6′)로 이어지며 삼각돌출부(15)의 테두리(13)의 양옆에서 원호형태(15)로 이어지며 삼각돌출부(15)의 테두리(13)를 지나 원호상태를 계속유지하며 넘어가서 삼각돌출부(15)의 뒷면에서 눈금이 서로 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장에 대한 개봉방법.
  2. 제1항의 것으로써 두개의 곧은부분(6)으로 이루어져있는 절취눈금은 눈금선에서 어떠한 불연속선 없이 원호형태부분(6′)과 함께 결합되어져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 포장에 대한 개봉방법.
  3. 제1항의 것으로써 상기에서 언급한 절취눈금의 원호형태부분(6′)은 사인곡선(sine curve)의 완전한 주기로 구성되어있고 이 곡선은 눈금(6)의 곧은 점에서 최대점이 되고 밀봉접합부(10)상에서 위치하는 대칭선에 의바여 삼각돌출부(15)의 아랫면에 위치하는 곡선에서 최소점으로 결합되어지는 것을 특징으로하는 포장에 대한 개봉방법.
