Claims (28)

  1. 유체용 가요성벽 용기를 형성하는 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 함께 결합한 형태의 태양열 가열장치를 제작하는 장치에 있어서, 예정된 이동통로를 따라 종방향으로 열가소성재료의 제1 및 제2의 세정된 무한정 길이의 시이트를 전진시키고 또 시이트를 통로를 따라 나란히 공통방향으로 안내하는 공급수단(24,124,224), 시이트의 국소부분을 가열하기 위해 이동통로에 인접하여 설치되는 가열수단(34), 사이에 유체 유동통로를 형성하도록 종방향의 반복패턴으로 시이트를 함께 압착하여 결합하기 위하여 시이트가 나란히 놓여 가열되는 위치에서 이동통로에 인접하여 설치되는 압착수단(35,135,235), 및 시이트를 그의 종방향으로 이격된 횡방향 라인을 따라 밀봉하여 무한정 길이의 시이트를 분리된 길이의 가요성 벽용기로 분할하기 위하여 시이트가 나란히 놓여 가열되는 위치에서 이동통로에 인접하여 설치되는 밀봉 수단(41,141,241)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 태양열 가열장치를 제작하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착수단이 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 회전하고 또 전진하는 시이트와 계합하도록 설치된 로울수단(36,38; 265,266)으로 구성되고, 상기 공급수단이 상기 로울수단에 인접하여 통로를 따라 시이트를 연속이동시키기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로울수단이 시이트에 대하여 횡단하며 서로 평행한 각축에 대하여 회전하도록 설치된 한쌍의 로울로 구성되고, 상기 로울은 함께 닙을 형성하며, 이것을 통하여 시이트가 통과하고, 압력이 그에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로울(265,266)중의 최소한 하나가 시이트에 대하여 반복적인 결합패턴을 형성하도록 리브의 반복패턴을 갖는 리브편 주면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단이 상기 로울(265, 266)의 하나에 의하여 계합된 시이트 부분을 상승된 결합온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 로울(265,266)의 하나와 연동하는 가열기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 밀폐된 이동통로를 따라 상기 쌍의 로울에 의하여 형성된 상기 닙을 통하여 이동하기 위하여 상기 로울(38)의 하나의 둘레를 주행하며 또 닙을 통하여 지나가는 시이트와 계합하고 시이트에 대한 결합패턴을 형성하기 위하여 리브편 표면을 갖고 있는 무단 에어프런 수단(39)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착수단이 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 왕복하고 또 시이트와 계합하도록 설치된 압착판(150,151)으로 구성되고, 상기 공급수단이 시이트를 간헐적으로 전진시키기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압착수단이 서로를 향하여 서로 떨어져 왕복이동하도록 설치된 한쌍의 압착판으로 구성되고, 상기 압착판의 최소한 하나가 시이트에 대하여 반복적인 결합패턴을 형성하는 리브편 표면을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단이 상기 하나의 판에 의하여 계합되는 시이트의 부분을 상승된 결합온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 판의 하나와 연통하는 가열기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단이 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 회전하고 또 전진하는 시이트와 계합하도록 설치된 로울수단(36,38; 42,44; 265,266)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 로울이 시이트에 대하여 횡단하며 서로 평행한 각 축에 대하여 회전하도록 설치된 한쌍의 로울로 구성되며, 상기 로울은 함께 닙을 형성하고 이것을 통하여 시이트가 통과하며 그에 압력이 가해짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 밀폐된 이동통로를 따라 상기 쌍의 로울에 의하여 형성된 상기 닙을 통하여 이동하기 위하여 상기 로울(38)의 하나의 둘레를 주행하며 또 닙을 통하여 지나가는 시이트와 계합하고 시이트에 대한 밀봉선을 형성하기 위하여 표면에 횡 방향 리브를 갖고 있는 무단 에어프런 수단(39)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단이 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 왕복하고 또 시이트와 계합하도록 설치된 밀봉판 수단(161,162)으로 구성되며, 상기 공급수단이 시이트를 간헐적으로 전진시키기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 밀봉판 수단이 서로를 향하여 서로 떨어져 왕복이동하도록 설치된 한쌍의 압착봉으로 구성되고, 상기 압착봉의 최소한 하나는 시이트에 대하여 밀봉선을 형성하도록 표면에 횡방향 리브를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단이 시이트의 대항하는 내측면 부분을 상승된 결합온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 압착수단과 계합에 바로 앞서서 나란히 놓인 시이트 사이에 계재되는 양볼록 가열기(34)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 유체용 가요성 벽 용기를 형성하는 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 함께 결합한 형태의 태양열 가열장치를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 예정된 이동통로를 따라 종방향으로 열가소성 재료의 제1 및 제2의 세장된 무한정 길이의 시이트를 전진시키면서 사이트를 통로를 따라 나란히 공통방향으로 안내하고, 시이트가 통로를 따라 나란히 안내됨에 따라 전진하는 시이트의 국소부분을 가열하고, 나란히 놓인 가열된 시이트를 사이에 유체 유동통로를 형성토록 종방향의 반복패턴으로 압착하여 결합하고, 결합된 시이트를 그의 종방향으로 이격된 횡방향 라인을 따라 예정된 간격으로 밀봉하여 무한정 길이의 시이트를 분리된 길이의 가요성 벽 용기로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 압착단계가 전진하는 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 회전하도록 설치된 최소한 하나의 로울로 전진하는 시이트를 계합하는 것으로 구성되며, 상기 공급단계가 통로를 따라 로울에 인접하여 시이트를 연속 이동하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 로울로 전진하는 시이트를 계합하는 단계가 시이트를 횡단하며 서로 평행한 각 축에 대하여 회전하도록 설치된 한쌍의 로울 사이에 형성된 닙을 통하여 시이트를 통과시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 시이트에 대하여 반복적인 결합패턴을 형성하기 위하여 리브의 반복패턴이 형성된 상기 로울의 최소한 하나의 리브편 주면과 시이트를 계합시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계가 상기 하나의 로울에 의하여 계합된 시이트의 부분을 상승된 결합은 도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 로울의 하나를 가열시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 시이트를 닙을 통하여 통과시키는 단계가 밀폐된 이동통로를 따라 상기 쌍의 로울에 의하여 형성된 상기 닙을 통하여 이동하기 위하여 상기 로울의 하나의 둘레를 주행하며 그에 의하여 시이트에 결합패턴을 형성하는 무단의 패턴이 형성된 표면을 갖는 에어프런과 시이트를 계합시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 시이트를 압착하는 단계가 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 왕복하도록 설치된 판사이로 시이트를 계합하는 것으로 구성되고, 상기 공급단계가 시이트를 간헐적으로 전진시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계가 상기 하나의 판에 의하여 계합되는 시이트의 부분을 상승된 결합온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 판의 하나를 가열시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉단계가 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 회전하도록 설치된 로울로 전진하는 시이트를 계합하는 것으로 구성되고 상기 공급 단계가 통로를 따라 밀봉 로울에 인접하여 시이트를 연속이동시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 전진하는 시이트를 로울과 계합시키는 단계가 시이트에 대하여 횡단하며 서로 평행한 각 축에 대하여 회전하도록 설치된 한쌍의 로울 사이에 형성된 닙을 통하여 시이트를 통과시키되 압력을 그에 가하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  26. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉단계가 시이트의 이동통로에 인접하여 왕복하도록 설치된 한쌍의 밀봉판 사이로 시이트를 계합하는 것으로 구성되고, 상기 공급 단계가 시이트를 간헐적으로 전진시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  27. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계가 시이트를 압착에 바로 앞서서 나란히 놓인 시이트 사이에 개재된 양 볼록 가열기에 인접하여 통과시켜 시이트의 대항하는 내측면 부분을 상승된 결합온도까지 가열시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
