본 발명에 의한 내부 전주형 저온 플라즈마 발생장치의 일례를 나타낸 개략 구성도이다.
Claims (5)
- 염색 섬유직물을 0.01로르 내지 10로르 범위내의 압력하에 무기가스의 대기압에서 저온 플라즈마로 노출함을 특징으로 하는 50중량%이상의 합성섬유로 구성된 염식섬유직물의 심색도 및 색상견뢰도를 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저온 플라즈마로 염색섬유직물을 노출하는 단계가 농색가공약제와 함께 섬유직물의 처리에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저온 플라즈마로 염색섬유직물을 노출하는 단계가 직물가공제와 함께 섬유직물의 처리에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기가스가 산소가스 또는 적어도 10용량%의 산소가스를 함유한 가스혼합물이 산화가스인 방법.
