Claims (13)

  1. 유기조직과 접하는 대기압을 낮추어서 상기 조직내의 수분을 증발 시킴이 없이 조직내에 용해된 적어도 상당부의 가스물질을 상기 조직으로부터 방출시키고 (a), 상기 조직을 이들의 냉동점이나 그 이하의 온도로 냉각시켜(b) 유기조직을 냉동시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)와 (b)가 동시에 수행된 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)와 (b)가 동시에 수행되고, 상기 조직이 동시에 교반되거나 진동하여 냉동하의 결정형성을 방해하기에 충분한 상기 조직내의 분자운동을 야기시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)와 (b)가 동시에 수행되고, 상기 조직이 약 25~약 100싸이클/분의 속도도 동시에 교반된 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 이루어진 최소압력이 대기압 이하 약 90~약 60킬로파스칼인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 이루어진 최소압력이 대기압 이하 약 80~약 65킬로파스칼인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 약-3~약-7킬로파스칼/분의 속도로 수행된 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 약-5~약-7킬로 파스칼/분의 속도로 수행된 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조직에 용해된 유기물질의 적어도 절반이 방출된 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기조직이 식물성물질이고 상기 방법을 수확한지 약 하루이내에 수행한 방법.
  11. 상기 유기조직과 접하는 대기압을 약-3~약-7킬로 파스칼/분의 속도로 최소압력 대기압 이하 약 90~약 60킬로파스칼까지 낮추어서 상기 조직내의 수분을 증발시킴이 없이 조직내에 용해된 가스물질의 적어도 절반을 상기 조직으로부터 방출시키고, 상기 조직을 약-10~약 0℃로 냉각시키고 약 25~약 100싸이클/분의 속도로 교반시켜 유기조직을 냉동시키는 방법.
  12. 상기 유기조직과 접하는 대기압을 약-5~약-6킬로파스칼/분의 속도로 최소압력 대기압이하 약 80~약65킬로파스칼까지 낮추어서 상기 조직내의 수분을 증발시킴이 없이 조직내에 용해된가 스물질의 적어도 절반을 상기 조직으로부터 방출시키고, 상기 식물성물질을 약-10~약0℃로 냉각시키고 약 25~약 100싸이클/분의 속도로 교반시키고, 상기 방법을 상기 식물성물질을 수확한지 약 하루 이내에 수행한 방법.
