Claims (6)
- 제1유체가 흐르는 입구의 출구를 갖춘 쉘각 쉘내부에서 제1 유체와 열교환이 일어나는 제2 유체가 흐르는 다수의 튜브와 제2 유체가 흐르는 각 튜브의 입구와 출구를 포함하는 열교환기로서, 튜브길이의 일부와 동심인 튜브형 부재와 튜브 사이에 형성된 공간은 제1 유체와 제2유체의 흐름에 밀폐되며, 튜브형 부재에는 길이 방향으로 뻗어 있는 최소한 하나의 방사상 외측으로 돌출한 돌출부가 있어 외측 방사상으로 팽창함때 튜브형 부재에 유연성이 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜브형부재벽에 형성된 돌출부는 튜브형 부재의 축에 수직하게 뻗어 있으며, 튜브형부재 원주상의 제1 점에서 제2점까지 외측 방사상으로 돌출하여 다시 원주상의 제3점까지 내측으로 뻗어 돌출부가 형성됨으로서 제1점각 제3점 사이에 틈이 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다수의 지지부가 튜브축에 수직하게 일정간격으로 설치되어 있으며, 튜브형 부재의 한쪽끝이 튜브 지지부에 부착되고 다른쪽 끝은 인접한 튜브지지부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2유체의 입구와 출구는 열교환기의 양쪽끝에 각각 위치하며, 두개의 튜브 지지부는 양끝에 튜브가 밀폐 부착된 한쌍의 의측 관판으로서 제2유체가 흐르는 공간 사이의 유체흐름에 대한 칸막이 역할을 하고, 쉘의 내벽각 외변 사이의 공간은 제1유체와 제2 유체에 밀폐되며, 쉘의 내벽각 외벽사이의 공간은 튜브와 튜브형 부재 사이의 공간과 유체유통되어 있어 그 사이로 제3유체가 흐르고, 한쌍의 관판으로 구성된 두개의 튜브지지부는 외측 튜브 관판의 내측에서 튜브형 부재에 밀폐부착되어 제3 유채공간과 제1 유체 공간사이의 칸막이 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제3 유체공간에 산소를 공급하는 장치가 있어 제1 유체로부터 튜브형 부재의 벽에 삼중수소가 확산되는 것과 각 튜브의 벽에 삼중수소가 확산되는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
- 열교환기를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 길이 방향으로 뻗어 있고 외측 방사상으로 돌출한 최소한 하나의 돌출부를 갖추고 있어 튜브가 외측 방사상으로 팽창할때 유연성을 줄 수 있는 튜브형부재를 제작하고, 튜브형 부재를 쉘내부에 밀폐 부착시켜 쉘의 입구의 출구 사이를 흐르는 제1 유체가 튜브형부재로 둘러싸인 공간으로 흐르는 것을 방지하며, 튜브형 부재에 튜브를 삽입할때 튜브형 부재가 우연성을 갖고 쉘내부에 튜브를 밀폐 부착시켜 튜브내의 유체흐름이 튜브와 튜브형부재 사이의 공간으로 흐르는 것이 방지되며, 제1 유체와 함께 제2 유체가 흐르는 튜브의 입구와 출구를 열교환기에 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제작법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
