Claims (4)
- 연료봉은 축방향의 펠릿 더미를 가지고 있는 원자로의 연료 어셈블리용 개선된 연료봉에 있어서, 상기펠릿 더미는 분열성 연료의 제1농축 연료 펠릿을 포함하는 중심 지역을 가지고 있으며, 상기 중심 지역근처에 , 축방향의 단위길이당 연료의 질량으로 표시되고, 중심지역의 연료 펠릿의 밀도보다 더 낮은 전체연료 밀도를 가지고 있는 저밀도 펠릿의 지역을 가지고 있는것과, 적어도 상기 봉의한 축방향 단부에서, 모체 핵연료족을 포함하고 제1 농축보다 더 낮은 제2 농축의 블랭킷 펠릿 지역을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1농축의 연료 펠릿은 또한 가돌리늄, 보론, B4C 및 ZrB2를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 가연성 독물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 봉.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에서, 상기 저밀도 연료 펠릿은 그들의 선형 밀도를 감소하기 위해 존재하는 축방향의 중심구멍을 가지고 있는 환상 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 봉.
