Claims (6)

  1. 탈지액을 담은 세척탱크에 가공부품 지지대 및 다수의 초음파 발생기와 아울러 이둘을 상대적으로 이동시키는 장치를 설치함과 아울러 탈지액을 정화시켜 세척탱크로 되돌려 보내는 장치와 함께 구성한 것으로서, 상술한 바 탈지액정화장치는 최소한 하나의 필터(8), 다수의 직렬로 연결시켜 놓은 정화조(10-17), 및 정화된 탈지액을 세척탱크(1)로 되돌려 보내는 펌프(18)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가공부품의 탈지세척장치.
  2. 제1항의 것으로서, 정화시킨 탈지액을 세척탱크(1)상부에 설치한 살수대(19)에 의해서 되돌려 보냄으로써 탈지작업이 끝난 가공부품(4)을 세척시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가공부품의 탈지세척장치.
  3. 제1 또는 2항의 것으로서, 정화조(10-17)는 세척탱크(1)의 둘레를 따라서 배치함을 특징으로 하는 가공부품의 탈지세척장치.
  4. 제2 또는 3항의 것으로서, 세척 탱크(1)의 덮개(20) 내측면상에 살수대(19)를 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는 가공 부품의 탈지세척장치.
  5. 상기 어느 한 항의 것으로서, 세척 탱크(1)는 원형으로 하고, 가공부품 지지판(3)은 수직으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 그 축선을 중심으로 회전시킬 수 있게끔 하는 한편, 초음파 발생기는 수평하게 고정시킨 부채꼴 형상의 지지대 상에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 가공부품의 탈지세척장치.
  6. 제5항의 것으로서, 살수대(19)를 덮개(20)의 내측 반경선상에 배치함을 특징으로 하는 가공품의 탈지세척장치.
