제3도는 제2도에 도시한 카세트쉼의 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 케이스(14)내에 2개의 스푸울(16)이 회전할 수 있도록 나란히 배치되어 있고, 이 스푸울에 테이프코일이 나선형으로 감겨있으며, 테이프코일이 연장되는 통로가 구성되어 있으며, 상기한 스푸울(16)과 케이스(14)사이에서 스푸울(16)의 양측면상에 한쌍의 쉼(12)가 제공된 카세트(10)에 있어서, 상기한 각 쉼(12)에는 상기한 스푸울(16)에 인접한 제1층상부와 상기한 케이스(14)에 인접한 제2층상부가 있고 이들 두층 상부는 제1층상부상의 볼록한 면을 형성하기 위하여 제2층 상부를 따라 모든 방향으로 힘이 균일하게 분포되고, 상기한 쉼(12)는 케이스(14)와 스푸울(16)들사이에서 스푸울(16)을 탄성편향시키기 위하여 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄성재료에 고밀도 분자질량의 폴리에틸렌에 탄소가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트(10).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄성재료가 흑연을 입힌 폴리에스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트(10).
  4. 케이스(14)와 카세트내의 상기한 스푸울(16)의 양측면사이에 삽입되는 쉼(12)에 있어서, 탄성판재(40)을 균일하게 굽히기 위하여 반대쪽면(46,56)이 있는 탄성판재에서 적어도 한쪽면(46)에 상기한 면(46)에 인접한 층상부에는 다른면(56)에 인접한 층상부를 따라 모든 방향으로 힘이 분포될때까지 충격을 가하고 요구되어지는 표면형상을 얻은 후, 잘라낸 것을 특징으로 하는 쉼(12)제작방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 충격을 받는 면(46)이 가운데가 볼록해질때까지 탄성판재에 입자충격을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쉼(12) 제작방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 충격을 받는 면(46)이 가운데가 오목해 질때까지 탄성판재에 입자충격을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쉼(12) 제작방법.
