Claims (16)

  1. 플라스틱 뚜껑과 용기의 목부분의 조립체에 있어서, 상기 목부분이 용기의 주출 개구부를 한정하는 반경방향 외측으로 돌출된 후크형태의 상부 단부 분분을 포함하고, 상기 플래스틱 뚜껑이 상기 용기의 주출 개구부에 유체 필봉식으로 감입되는 삽입 가능한 뚜껑부분과, 상기 목부분을 지나 연장되어 상기 후크형 부분에 걸리는 유지 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 뚜껑과 용기의 목부분의 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목부분의 윤곽이 상기 밀봉장치를 형성하는 목부분의 반경 방향 내측으로 오프셋된 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  3. 가요성 플래스틱 뚜껑 및 용기의 목부분 조립체의 조합에 있어서, 상기 목부분이 그 단부의 중간에 정점 연부에서 종결되는 내측 방향으로 향한 플랜지와, 주출 개구부를 한정하는 절무원추형 내측면을 갖는 상기 연부로부터 축방향 외측으로 확개된 부분을 갖는 튜브형태로 형성되고, 상기 뚜껑이 상기 주출개구부 내에 착탈가능하게 위치하여 플랜지와 유체 밀봉 계합되어 상기 플랜지의 하부에 폐쇄위치로 돌출된 환영 밀봉링을 갖는 튜브형 가요성 벽과, 상기 절두원추형면과 유체 밀봉 계합되는 정점연변을 갖는 상기 튜브형 벽에 있는 외측 밀봉링을 포함하는 플러그와, 상기 목부분 조립체를 포위하여 상기 플러그의 폐쇄위치에서 플러그의 상부로 축방향으로 연장된 조합 보호장치 및 받침점 장치와, 상기 조합장치의 상부를 받침점으로 하여 상기 플러그를 잡아당겨 상기 개구부로부터 플러그를 분리시킴으로써 플러그를 상기 주출 개구부로부터 플러그를 인발시키는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 플래스틱 뚜껑 및 용기 목부분 조립체의 조합.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조합 보호 및 받침점 장치가 상기 목부분을 포위하고 있고, 상기 용기가 목부분의 기부에서 횡방향 벽부분을 갖고 있고, 상기 조합장치가 상기 횡방향 벽부분에 대해 반작용이 가능한 착석제합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조합 장치가 상기 목부분의 외측에 감싸여 있어 축방향 분리를 방지하기 위해 그 사이가 후크형 계함이 되는 플래스틱 재료의 링으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
  6. 제3항에 있어서,플러그를 인발시키는 상기 장치가 발취 표시 장치를 그 위에 갖고있는 레버로 구성되고, 상기 레버가 용기 방향으로 가요성이고, 상기 발취 표시 장치가 파단 되는 장치를 갖는 웨이퍼(wafer)와 웨이퍼를 상기 플러그에 연결시키는 장치와, 상기 파단장치를 파단되지 않는 상태로 유지하면서 상기 레버를 상기 용기 방향으로 구부릴 수 있게 하기 위해 상기 웨이퍼와 함께 활주 삽입되는 포스트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
  7. 주출 개구부를 제공하는 목부분 부재를 갖는 벽을 포함하는 용기의 뚜껑에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑이 상기 개구부 내에 밀봉 감입되는 가요성 플래스틱 플러그와, 상기 목부재를 포위하고 있는 플래스틱 보호부재와, 플리그에 연결된 상승 레버와, 레버를 상승 및 요동시킬때 레버에 받침점으로 계합되어 상기 주출개구부로부터 플러그를 상승시켜 상기 주출 개구부를 개방하게 하는 주출 돌출부 및 받침점의 조합으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주출 개구부를 제공하는 목부분 부재를 갖는 벽을 포함하는 용기의 뚜껑.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 주출 돌출부 및 받침점이 상기 플래스틱 보호장치 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호장치가 상기 벽 부재에 대해 일단부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 목부재가 상기 플러그 방향으로 향한 예리한 코너를 포함하고, 상기 플러그가 상기 목 부재방향으로 향한 정점 부분을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  11. 용기의 목부분에 있어서, 목부분이 튜브형으로써 그 단부사이의 중간에서 정점 연부에서 종결된 반경 방향 내측으로 연장된 플랜지와, 상기 정점 연변에서부터 연장된 반경방향 및 측방향으로 확개된 부분을 포함하고, 상기 확개된 부분이 주출 개구부를 형성하는 절두원추형 내부면을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 확개된 부분이 축방향으로 향한 자유환형 체결 연변을 갖는 외측으로 만곡된 커얼(curl)에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 축방향 내측의 상기 목부분이 실린더형으로써 그 외경이 상기 플랜지의 직경에 근절하나 그 보다는 적은것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 목부분이 상기 채결 연부에 대향된 용기 견부에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 목부분이 상기 체결 연부에 대향된 용기 견부에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 목부분을 금속으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 목부분.
