Claims (1)

  1. 율무, 대두, 현미배아및 호분층을 물과 혼합하여 선별, 침척할 수 있고, 훈증살균기에 넣어 100℃전후로 3시간 동안 살균시킨 후 다시 상온으로 냉각하여 소맥배아, 탄산칼슘, 벌꿀, 건조효모, 화분및 아스퍼길러스 오리제를 배합시켜 12시간 동안 숙성하고 자동발효기에 넣어 발효한 다음 건조기에 넣어서 건조하고 미쇄한 분말로 분쇄한 다음 인삼분말, 감초가루, 분말분유, 계피, 들깨, 전분을 넣어 혼합한 후 분말및 과립과정제, 캡슐로 포장하되 현미 배아및 호분층 20-24%, 소맥배아 13-16%, 벌꿀 11-14%,인삼 9-11%, 율무 9-11%, 들깨 7-9%, 분말분유 6-8%, 대두 5-7%, 건조효모 4-6%,감초 1-3%,탄산칼슘 1% 이하, 계피 1%이하, 전분 1%이하로 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 효소 분말캡슐의 제조방법.
