제2도는 외주면에서 원주홈가공을 실시한 상태를 표시하는 설명도,
제3도는 내주면에서 절삭가공을 실시하여 리브부를 형성하는 설명도
제4도는 완성된 드럼스크린의 설명도.

Claims (1)

  1. 형성할 드럼스크린의 외경과 길이 및 스크린 두께와 그 내부에 형성되는 리드부(3)와의 합계로되는 두께를 보유하는 원통체(1)를 먼저 그 외주면에서 원통체 길이의 긴쪽방향으로 소정피치로서 또한 스크린의 대략 전체길이에 걸쳐서 스크린의 두께로 되는 심도로 원주홈(2) 가공을 실시한 후, 이어서 그 내주면쪽에서 원주방향으로 임의의 피치로서 리브부를 남겨놓아 소요로하는 심도에서 절삭하여 드럼스크린 내주면에 리브부를 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼스크린의 제조방법.
