Claims (7)

  1. 응고공정이후 즉시 섬유다발(bundle)형태이고 계속적으로 움직이는 방적물질 (spum material)을 염색액으로 함침시키고, 과잉의 액체를 제거시키기 위해 완전히 압착 탈수하고, 드웰(dwell)에 의해 염료가 고착되기 위해 스토링 장치로 들어가고, 토우가 스토링 장치를 통과할때 습윤열(moist heat)의 작용을 받게 하며, 최종적으로 스토링 장치로부터 연속적으로 제거시키고, 따라서 염색된 타우를 헹군 다음 공정을 더 진행시킴을 특징으로 하여 생성공정의 부분으로서 통상적으로 습식-방적-겔-상태의 폴리아크릴로니트릴 섬유 타우상에 양이온 염료를 연속적으로 고착시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스토링 장치내로 들어가기 직전에 타우가 가열관을 통과할때 타우를 50 내지 100℃로 가열함이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 타우가 스토링 장치를 통과할때 타우를 추가로 가열시킴이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 타우가 스토링 장치를 통과할때타우를 반복하여 힘있게 그리고 필요시에는 교대로 양쪽에서 압착 탈수시킴이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 스토링장치내에서 타우의 접촉시간이 5 내지 120초 바람직하게는 10 내지 60초임이 특징인 방법.
  6. 처리할 타우의 운송방향의 순서대로, 제품의 운송방향에 대해 직각에 있는 스퀴즈 로울러 연속쌍이 붙은 함침대(impregnating zone), 가열대(haating zone), 및 스토링 장치로서 디자인되고 섬유다발을 통과시키기 위한 운송기관을 포함하는 접촉대(dwell zone)로 구성되고 이때-적어도 제품이 들어가는 곳과 제품이 나오는 곳에-스토링 장치를 통해 운송되는 타우(1)를 위해 제품의 운송방향에 대해 직각으로, 서로 평행으로, 또는 유리하게는 90°같지의 각도로 비틀리게 배치된 몇개의 추가적인 스퀴징 유니트(7)가, 필요시 교대로 가열부위(8)와 함께 접촉대(5)에 있는 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있는 방법을 수행키 위한 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 가열대(heating zone)(4)와 접촉대(dwell zone)(5)[스퀴즈로울러(7)와 가열부위(8)를 포함하여 스토링장치(6)]를 제품 입구 및 제품 출구에 의해 봉해지는 공동용기(9)내에 넣는 것이 특징인 장치.
